Dad and Rose brought all of us out for dinner at a Japanese restaurant. They were all chattering or scrolling through their phones.
"Alex, isn't that Ashley?" Andrew taps Alex's shoulder intensively.
"Shit. Bro shut up you're way too loud." Alex covered Andrew's mouth causing some muffled shouts.
I was thinking to myself are there even girls that they can't get? Why are they acting like primary students having a crush.
"Go get her phone number bro." Blake says while stuffing himself sushi after sushi. "Never seen you like this."
Alex's point of view-
Two weeks ago....
"Wait really?" Charles exclaimed. I was just having a normal conversation with my friends down the school hallway. There were chatters among the students, mostly girls, at the lockers."Omg it's Alex."
"Is he coming to your party?"
"Gosh he's hot."
"He talked to me last week!"
I usually ignore all of them because it was just boring. Then suddenly, some girl was running and bumped into me and we both fell.
"Fuck!" I shouted. "Don't you have eyes?"
"Well, I'm sorry." She said while picking up her stuff.
I assumed she's new since I've never seen her before. She had a golden brown hair on a pony tail and honestly, she was a little cute.
I scoffed and cocked my head to the side. "You're just trying to get my attention aren't you? Desperate."
Her stare turned serious "Watch your mouth, flower boy. I don't even know who you are, and now, I don't even want to know." She yelled right to my face. "And I was still trying to be nice and apologise. My fault for thinking you were also a mannered human being."
"No one talks to me like that." I tried to intimidate her but I'm sure I failed considering what she said next.
"Oh yea? Welcome to the real world mommy's boy." She rolled her eyes and stormed off.
My eyes widened while my hands still tucked my pockets. I was left feeling so shock that I didn't know how to react.
During the week, I started paying attention to her. Not that I wanted to, but my eyes just automatically focuses on her whenever she enters a room. At first, it was out of anger. But soon, I found out she was actually a really nice person. She was really hardworking and was constantly helping others in any ways she can. However, she never really paid me much attention which.... did grabbed my attention. She was the first girl that I'd actually be nervous around.
Back to present.
Emma's point of view-
Alex then went over to Ashley's table. After some chatting and laughing between them, he came back with a victory smirk on his face waving his phone at us indicating he got her phone number."Wow nice." Andrew fist bumped with Alex. "You gonna ask her out?"
"I... I don't know if she would go with me." Alex scratched his head.
"Bro what the heck happened to you." Noah shook his head.
Then we all proceed to eat our meals. I actually like the girl, Ashley I think. Once I was tripped over by some girls in their grade and she quickly helped me up while defending me although I think I may have also caused her to be bullied but she was way more confident than me and would stand up for herself. She has blonde hair, not too tall but a good body and a British accent that makes her rest distinguishable.
