"I guess we are down with one person again"
Beomgyu, Mirai, and Taehyun were walking down the school hallways, heading to the computer lab. They wanted to spend another day studying for the upcoming midterm test for their other subjects. But apparently, not everyone was present at the moment.
"Did Jinhee ever mention where she headed off to?" Mirai asked, peering back to Beomgyu, who was texting Jinhee.
"Hmm... All she said was that she needed to talk to someone and it seemed pretty urgent" He had his eyes glazed on his phone, waiting to see if she would reply back.
Mirai kept her head low, wondering what she could be up to. "I hope it's not anything bad"
"Nah, knowing her, it would probably be something about a boy~" Beomgyu teased, shoving his phone back into his pocket. Mirai let out a small giggle to her friend's response.
Once the three made it to the classroom, there was a sign taped on the door saying, "CLOSED".
"Oh how wonderful, the computer lab is closed," said Taehyun as he still tried to open the door.
Mirai thought about other options in her head, figuring which was best for the three of them. "Let's go to the library instead"
"Yes ma'am!" Beomgyu chimed.
Once that was settled, they then headed to the opposite side of the building. The library wasn't far from where they were now, but it would take a while since many students were roaming the hallway.
As they strolled, Mirai had some thoughts lingering in her head. She hoped that she could also talk to Taehyun about their little adventure last night, but with the whole studying stuff, it was probably not a good time for that. She needed to be focused on the upcoming exam and not fill her head about the boy she's crushing on.
Eventually, they made it inside the library and picked out a private study room for them to spend their time together. The room wasn't anything too big. It was just the right size that could fit about four people. There was a big window that had the courtyard visible on the other side and a computer stand that was separate from the large table. Mirai took the seat that had the window's view at her right side while Taehyun sat across from her.
"Now then, what shall we start with first?" Beomgyu asked before taking a seat at the table.
"History!!" Mirai yelled, slamming her textbooks in the process. The large thud made Taehyun flinch a bit in which no one gladly noticed.
"Try saying that louder so the librarian can kick us out" Taehyun irritatedly told the girl.
"Oops, my bad"
After they settled in their belongings and assignments, Beomgyu's phone began to ring in which they shifted their attention to.
The boy lifted up his device and tilted his head to the side in confusion."Huening Kai is calling me, hello?"
