Ever since Mirai confessed to Taehyun, and they shared a special kiss with each other, she couldn't even get a wink of sleep. Her mind wouldn't stop replaying that moment and she wouldn't dare think of anything else, but him.
All this time, she's been so self-conscious about her feelings that she didn't realize how obvious Taehyun was hinting his. If she wasn't such an idiot, they would've been together a month ago.
It was already 3:00 a.m. and the girl was tucked under her blanket, staring up at the ceiling with pink cheeks. All she wanted was for the night to fade away and for morning to arrive.
"Good morning!" Beomgyu waved.
Mirai skipped down her front porch, returning Beomgyu's greeting with a wide smile. "Good morning everyone! I hope you all had a pleasant breakfast"
The girl's bizarre attitude made Jinhee and Beomgyu exchange a look with each other.
"Yeah, I didn't eat anything. Go me!" Jinhee cheered sarcastically to which led Mirai hand her a lunch box.
"Thought you would say that so here, I bring to you... The Mirai Onigiri!" She said, revealing the rice balls inside of the box.
Jinhee held onto the container while eyeing the food. "How lovely. By the way, what made you so happy this early in the morning?" She immediately changed the subject, more concerned about Mirai's drunken state.
Mirai's face started turning red as looked back at Jinhee before staring off to the sky. "Hehe... stuff"
That response still left Jinhee clueless, but Beomgyu had a rough idea at what made Mirai so gleeful. "I see that your visit to the school was swell"
Mirai dropped her happy face and turned her heel to face Beomgyu, ready to choke him. "I still can't believe you lied to me! Y'know how much I was hurting because of that stupid phone call?!"
They began running around in circles. One trying to kill him while the other trying not to get tortured. "Get back here!"
Jinhee was still oblivious to the situation. "Visit? What happened?"
"Long story short, I fooled Mirai into thinking Taehyun was moving out so she would confess" Beomgyu said, using Jinhee as a shield against Mirai.
"And did she?" She asked, unfazed with how the two were playing.
