"Seriously, Grace. This isn't funny. Where are you? I have 3 different prom committees right now, you're my co. My second in command! I really need you here." Caroline speaks into her phone calling Grace for the fourth time. Usually, Grace always answered, the only time she didn't was when Alaric kidnapped her. To say that she was only worried about was an understatement, she was afraid. Afraid for her friend.

Caroline walked around the school pacing, she could tell that the people she was commanding looked at her worriedly. I mean anyone would, She looked like a madwoman with her insentient pacing.

NO one got in her way, they could just tell that one wrong move would make her snap.

'Seriously, Grace where are you!?!?' Caroline sent another text. It had been hours. Hours since the 12 witches and since Stefan left to go pick up Damon.

"Ok, this is ridiculous," Caroline mumbled to herself. "Melanie!" Caroline called only for a younger classman scramble towards her. " I'll be back later, here's the itinerary. Follow it exactly. Ok?" Caroline asked only to get a curt nod from the girl. Caroline nods to herself self-feeling satisfied that the planning will go according to plan. Prom was in one week, t was crunch time and Caroline still had to make sure that Grace's dress for her.

Grace really didn't want to go to Prom. She felt like she shouldn't considering her absences from the actual school. BUt Caroline she didn't really care she was going to fore Grace and if that involved forcing her into a dress then so be it.

Caroline finally decided that after no contact that she should go see Klaus. Maybe he knew her whereabouts. SO here she was, stood in front of the Mansion. She still couldn't;t believe the fact that one of her best friends was living there. So because of that fact she didn't even bother to knock. Well, that and the fact that she didn't really care. The only reason she even tolerated him was because of Grace. If her best friend wasn't even tied to him she would blatantly ignore him. In her opinion, he had no heart. He was cold, and a monster. But every time she saw him with Grace that always altered her view of him. Slightly, but not entirely.

"Klaus!" Caroline shouted, her voice echoing through the whole Mansion. The worry and concern that laced in her voice caused Klaus to quickly rush down. The thinking was about his little wolf her appeared in front of the blond glancing around to see if he could find Grace. When he didn't he looked at Caroline examing her.

He tried to not worry, which was impossible to do considering Grace's track recorded with bad things. But he was able to calm down to an extent. It could be something silly and Caroline just wanted to tear into him again. Although doubt was eating in his stomach.

"What, Caroline?" He said still upset about her implying her was bad for Grace. I mean how dare she. Grace was his mate. His other half. He would never hurt her, even though his mother did mess with fate a little, he still had Grace in his life and for that he was happy.

"Do you know where Grace is? She's supposed to be helping me with the 3 committees." Caroline says carefully. She knew she really shouldn't worry. It was Grace after all but the fact that it as Grace did worry her. She always attracted trouble.  But nonetheless, she hoped that she was overreacting and Grace was out somewhere, hopefully, the Grill just eating.

"She said she was going to your house," Klaus informed hoping to whatever greater force there was that his little wolf wasn't in danger.

"I didn't check. Uh- I just assumed...Sorry. Did she take her phone by chance?" Caroline asks feeling stupid for not checking her own house for Grace.

"I believe she did. She left calling the Salvatores." Klaus responded flatly. Even if everyone knew Grace was his weakness, that didn't mean he wanted people to know. If they knew then she was going to be in danger forever. Sure he could take anything that came her way and she could also but he didn't want her to always look over her shoulder, wondering when one of the many of his enemies would take advantage and attack.
