I woke up to seeing everyone ready to go. I looked at Louis who was holding me. "Time to go?" "Yeah, we were all waiting for you to wake up." Louis said. I nodded and got up. "Alright, I'm ready." I said stretching.
We then left the safe room and ran our way to the plantation house. Once we got there I walked up to the gate with Louis. There was a radio there. "We need to use this radio, maybe there's someone who will answer." I said using the radio. Someone answered the phone.
"Why hello there. I haven't another voice out here in three days. Where y'all at?" "We're at a plantation house." I said to the man on the other side of the radio. Ai, real good, I'm coming for you now, stay right where you all are." The man said.
We ran back to everyone else and told them what happened. Then we had to fight off a horde and THREE Tanks. The first Tank was by himself, then a horde, then after the second horde there was TWO Tanks. Once those two Tanks were dead we ran to the docks where there was a boat. "Get to the boat!" Nick yelled as we ran towards the boat. "Get your asses on the boat!" Coach yelled.
We all got in the boat and the man drove off. The boats name was Lagniappe if I remember from when we were running to the boat. "That was some serious running. I think I'm losing a lot of weight from all of this running." Coach said panting as we sat on the deck. I think all of us were tired after that.
The survivors have escaped.

"Are you all alright?" The man asked once we were in a safe spot to stop. He came over to us and looked puzzled at me. "You're an interesting person. I've never met someone who looks like the infected. How did you manage to do that?" The man asked.
"I was born like this. But what's your name sir?" I asked politely. "It's Virgil. I haven't heard from anyone before today since my wife got bit." Virgil said. "I'm sorry to hear that brother. I'm Ellis and this is Nick, Delilah, Rochelle, Zoey, Coach, Louis and Francis." Ellis said.
"Nice to meet you all. We will have to make a stop at Milltown to get some gas." Virgil said heading back to the steering wheel of the boat. "Oh great. Now we have to run through a town to get some gas. How much gas will we need?" I asked Ellis.
"Maybe just four cans will do. The rest of us can guard the ones carrying the gas." Ellis said. "I agree." I said as we waited for the boat to stop at Milltown. 'One thing that I know about the military, they will try to shoot me. At least Virgil was nice to me about looking like this.'
