Chapter 26

Vivian and Rogers were in his car, looking for Tilly.

Vivian was looking out the window and sighed, "The troll statue..." Vivian said.

"What?" Rogers asked.

"The troll bloody statue, go!" Vivian said.

"Okay, okay," Rogers said and drove in the direction tot he troll statue, "You... You care for her right?"

"Yes," Vivian said.

"Is there a deeper meaning?" Rogers asked.

"Like what?" Vivian asked.

"Was she related to someone you knew?" Rogers asked.

"There she is," Vivian said and they saw Tilly at the statue.

Rogers pulled up at the statue and they both got out of the car, "Tilly, get in the car," Rogers said

"No... Nuh-unh, you didn't believe me before and now someone is dead," Tilly said.

"I know, I should've listened to you, I'm sorry," Rogers said.

"He believes you now, and will for now on," Vivian looked at Rogers, "Won't you?" Vivian asked.

"I will," Rogers nodded.

"I didn't kill anyone really, I didn't. I swear," Tilly said.

"Tilly, you can trust me. I just want to help you, just please, get in the bloody car," Rogers said.

Tilly looked at Vivian who smiled at her softly, "Come on, I'll be with you," Vivian said and held her hand out to Tilly. Tilly looked at her hand then smiled before placing her hand in hers.

The three of them got into Rogers car and he drove off.

At the bar, Regina gave Lucy a walkie-talkie for their operation.

Lucy looked at them confused, "What are those?" Lucy asked.

Regina chuckled, "Come on, really? You can't have an operation without walkie-talkies. Where's your investigative spirit?" Regina asked as she turned them on but they both started screeching, "Oh, oh, oh," Regina said screwing up her face.

"Ugh," Lucy groaned.

Regina turned off the walkie-talkies, "Gosh," She said and her phone dinged she looked at it to see a text from Lucy.

Maybe we should just text.

Regina looked at Lucy who smiled at her, "Okay, smarty, we'll do it your way," Regina said.

"So, where do we start?" Lucy asked.

"Okay, first, we need to find out everything we can about my friend Mr Samdi," Regina said.

"Wait, you're friends with Dr Facilier? That's genius, he's a voodoo doctor, of course, he'll know a way to cure my dad," Lucy said.

"He... He might, but first, we need to find out what he's really doing in Hyperion Heights," Regina said.

"Okay," Lucy said.

"This has to stay between us, Kelly and Adaline can't know," Regina said.

Zelena walked over, "We can't know what?" Zelena asked.

"Uh, nothing. I was just thinking of adding a kids' menu," Regina said.

"In a bar?" Zelena asked.

"You see and that attitude is exactly why I didn't want to tell you. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna walk Lucy home. Lock up will you?" Regina said and gave Zelena a kiss on her cheek.
