A week later.
(Chloe's POV)I was currently in the gym punching the life out of a punching bag. I had all this pent-up emotions that I didn't know what to do with.
Anger, fear, hate, pain, love, want, resentment, rage, annoyance.
I froze as the punching bag flew across the room at top speed. I sighed walking over to it seeing a hole in it with sand seeping out.
Great!
I kicked the stupid thing repeatedly until my foot throbbed.
Gah! Perfect!
As you can tell, I was a little over emotional. Why? I couldn't tell you.
I sat on the floor with a thump staring at the bag. I slowly unwrapped my hands and then took my shoe off to see what damage I had done to it. Luckily I didn't do anything too bad; my foot was just gonna hurt for a while. I flexed my hands to stop them from cramping, then rubbed them together.
I laid back onto the cold floor closing my eyes. I really couldn't fall asleep right now, but I really wanted too.
Ya know what? Screw it. I'm sleeping!
As I feel asleep I expected to dream about some tv show I just watched. But no, I didn't.

I stood in the center of huge, dimly lit room. I spun in a circle trying to figure out where I was.
I was unsuccessful.
For some reason the room seemed vaguely familiar. The color of the walls. The dim lighting. Even the way it smelled.
Like blood, tears, and oil.
"Hello fräulein." I spun around to see Strucker staring at me with a gun in his hand.
"You." I growled. I tried to move but couldn't. Like some invisible force was holding me in place.
"You're dead!" I screamed.
"On the contrary, I have never been more alive. He smiled at me with a sickening grin. "As long as you are alive, as long as you fear me, I will always be alive. I will always be with you, meine perfekte schöpfung."
"Hello fauteur de troubles." I turned my head to see Zerks standing behind me, holding a gun in his hand.
"What is this?! If you're going to kill me, then do it!" I cried out, not understanding what I did to deserve this.
"No no. You are not the one who has to die, mein haustier." Strucker said from behind me. I froze remembering those words.
Those awful nine words, that form the most heart shattering, hope killing, fear inducing sentence.
I turned back around to see Cooper in Strucker's clutches.
"No. Let him go!" I screamed at the vile being in front of me.
Strucker. Not Cooper.
