In the picture, is kind of he room I was going for in the story, except ten times bigger. I think that makes sense. Anyways, hope you like the next installation of Extraordinarily Ordinary!

"I really outdid myself this time!" Kat said as she stood back and admired her 'work of art'. I stood in front of the dresser in her room. I was wearing one of her many gowns. It was strapless, turquoise and was super long. Kat wore a matching one in red.

My hair was curled to shoulder length and I was wearing (fake but still beautiful) diamond earrings and a necklace to go with it. I had no idea how Kat trusted me with all of that. Much to my dismay, my makeup was all done. Thank goodness the dress covered my feet, so she "allowed" me to wear sneakers.

"You look stunning!" Kat exclaimed.

"You look even more amazing, Kat!" She really did, her makeup was also done, with pearl earrings and necklace. I turned around and walked over to her king sized bed and sat down.

"Do we have to go?"

"Yes," She replied firmly.

"Katrina! Bethany!" Mrs. Waltz called for us.

"Coming mother!" Kat yelled back.

"I will never get over the fact that you call her mother,"

"Yeah, she thinks it sounds more lady like."

We walked down the long stairway to her freakishly large living room. Her house was basically a mansion. Mrs. Waltz hair was pulled back into a pony tail and she wore a tight fitted black dress. She looked beautiful standing next to Mr. Waltz who was wearing a black suit.

"You look lovely ladies. The limo is waiting."

"This place is...whoah,"I said in awe.

"I know right!" Kat agreed.

"Ok, so what do we do now?" I asked. I continued to look around until my heart began to skip a beat. Julia was standing there with some jock from our football team.

"Kat,"I called for her attention.

"Yeah?"

"Did you forget to tell me something?"

"Mm... I don't think so. Oh yeah! Don't eat the shrimp. "

"Ok... Anything else?"

"Nope." She finally looked to where I was looking.

"Oh... Right. Julia's here," she said nonchalantly. I groaned at the same time my stomach did. I was not in the mood to tolerate her crap. I checked my phone and it showed the time. 6:00. I hadn't eaten in six hours! I guess I could probably fill myself on snacks, couldn't I?

I walked over to where Kat pointed me and started to put some finger foods in a bowl. I looked back to where Kat was standing and she was already talking to some people. I decided not to interrupt so I started to explore the rest of this place. I quickly found a balcony and saw the most beautiful view. I walked closer and I rested my arms on the railing. I stared at the stars and the moon starting to appear while eating some grapes and drinking punch.

"Now, what is a beautiful girl doing standing out here and not on the dance floor?" Someone asked from behind. I told my eyes. Just great, another perve! I turned around and saw a guy with chocolate colored hair and brown eyes smiling at me.

"Oh please. You know, I don't really appreciate liars." I said as I turned back around. I knew I was being rued but I just didn't feel like failing at flirting with a stranger.
