Hello to all you wonderful people. This song is called grade 8 by the amazing person we all know as Ed Sheeran. I realized that some of the videos were not all working so I tried to find one that would. So I apologize for the bad quality.
Now onto... the next chapter of Extraordinarily Ordinary.

The moist, warm, Californian air blew onto my face as I stepped outside. Isaac walked over to the railing and leaned over it. I looked above me and was absolutely amazed. The pitch black sky was lit up by millions of stars. I walked over to where he was standing and saw what he was staring at.
"Wow, this is-"
"Beautiful." Isaac finished my sentence. The moon hung low above the sparkling water and lit up the entire beach. The sound of the tides being pulled back and forth was absolutely relaxing.
"As much as I hate to break the sweet silence, but why exactly did you bring me here?" I asked curiously.
He continued to look ahead for a couple more minutes before he replied.
He turned to me and said,"I used to come here all the time during my freshman year, after my dad died. I found this place, and it became my safe house. Like a happy place I guess you could say."
"What?"
"He committed suicide."
"Excuse me?"
"My dad. He was clinically depressed and didn't think a great job, a wife, and his ten year old kid and eight year old daughter was worth fighting for his life. After he killed himself, my mom submerged herself in her work and sent me to boarding school for the next four years because that was how she decided to deal with her pain." He said all of that while not even once breaking his gaze from mine. I was completely shocked by his words.
"I'm so sorry," was all I manage to say. I had a million questions buzzing through my mind and in that moment I couldn't even process one.
"You have no idea how many times I've heard that," he said with a sigh.
I understood what he was talking about. I remembered at my mother's funeral, getting a hundred different fake apologies, when they were really just thinking that she deserved it because she was just the 'pathetic drunk woman'.
"Why are you telling me this?" I had my own theories about the answer to my question but I needed to hear what the real answer was.
"No more questions," He told me as he found my hand with his. I tried to speak and tell him to let go, but the words never came out.
He continued to stare at me. I knew he wasn't making any sense but decided to let it go. He moved closer until there were only a couple of inches in between us. I could feel the tension in the air. I honestly had no idea what was going on. But I knew the flight or fight response had kicked in, except that I was stuck in between the two. I felt like leaving, but I also felt like something was keeping me rooted to the ground. As if something was telling me to stay and find out what will happen if I just hold out a couple seconds longer.
"Did I tell you look beautiful? And not just tonight, Beth." he said. I flustered and started to turn bright red.
I was so confused about what was going on. Part of me thought it was all part his plan to get me to fall for him. He would get me to feel bad for him and then like him. Then I could be someone else to add to his list of victories. The thought made me sick to my stomach. Maybe I was being completely paranoid but it wasn't like I was being unreasonable. Isaac had a very dangerous reputation.
