Dallas "Nova" Logan tried keeping his history mysterious and secretive from the public of the world, but it was leaked via documents retrieved from a Delta safe house. Logan was born seven years before his sister, Alexa Logan, and grew up very protective of her. On Dallas Logan's tenth birthday, the family moved to the United States. The Logan family was torn apart by divorce between parents. The mother of the Logans, the identity of whom has not been found, won custody of Alexa and moved to Miami, Florida from Atlanta, Georgia. The father of the family, Mark Logan, won custody of Dallas and moved to Tampa, Florida from Atlanta, Georgia. Two months before Dallas Logan would turn thirteen years old, his father went missing in a security job gone wrong. Following his death, Dallas was sent to Miami to his mother and sister. The siblings' relationship grew stronger and stronger everyday. Meeting Jun Geong in school, the Logan siblings clicked well with him, but Alexa had a stronger bond.

Dallas "Nova" Logan is one of two accomplices of Jun "Wrath" Geong. Logan is comes off as a laid back and cocky person, thinking he is safe from harm. From front line combat to stealth operations, Logan doesn't try to hide the fact that he was there - often leaving some sort of indicator.
