Ghost Squadron is the best of the best from the armed forces of the nations of the Coalition Pact of Change. This unit serves with and beside Delta. Delta is seen as the Commanders of the unit. Many Ghost Squadron Operators come from the JW GROM, but some come from the standardized military forces of Poland. Swiss troops who pass the qualification and language barriers will be awarded with the title of "Ghost" and placed in the unit. Currently, Ghost Squadron has sixty Operators serving it.
The highest skilled and trusted Ghosts will eventually be placed under the title of "Spectre" and will serve as the most elite special forces unit of the Coalition Pact of Change. At the moment, only one Ghost has received the title of "Spectre"
Throughout the Coalition Pact of Change Armed Forces, mostly throughout Ghost Squadron, Delta is seen as the saviors of Earth. As "God showed us a vision of a new life. A better life. All we have to do is fight for it!"
Jun "Wrath" Geong is one of three Commanders of Ghost Squadron, the other two being Alexa "Banshee" Logan and Dallas "Nova" Logan. For a decision to be made, two of the three Commanders must agree on the decision. For a decision made on the entirety of the Coalition Pact of Change, the majority of the nation leaders and Delta must agree. For any decision that would effect the citizens of the Coalition Pact of Change, the people must also agree. The only exception is military operations. To appoint a new state leader, state leader being one of the nation leaders, everyone over seventeen years old will be required to vote every two years. A nation leader's position will be as the governor of an American state, except we will not have political parties. The nation leaders will act as members of a council - the Volgus Council. The Volgus Council will speak for their state and will be the representative of that state. No state's population will determine it's priority in votes. No amount of people can change that. Cause distress or fear, intentionally, in the public and be killed. Acts such as rioting or terrorism.
