Chapter 33

Ria's POV

Nagising ako dahil sa sinag ng araw. Ibubuka ko na sana ang mga mata ko nang naramdaman ko ang sakit ng ulo ko. Umupo ako habang naka pikit ang aking mga mata. I massage my temple and tightend my jaw. Ang sakit talaga ng ulo ko.

Anong kagaguhan na naman ba ang ginawa mo kagabi? I asked myself.

I slowly opened my eyes and the first thing I saw is Lory, holding a cup of coffee on her right arm while her left arm crossed. With that position, she is leaning on the wall. Her stares makes me feel kilig and I don't freaking know why.

"Good morning." she said with a sweet voice. "Coffee for your hangover." she added as she hands me the cup of coffee she was holding.

"Thank you. Uhm, anong nangyari kagabi?" I shyly asked.

She twitched her lips and nodded while looking from nowhere.

"Sinong lasing nga namang makakaalala non. Nothing, just you, wasted. Tumawag si Ate Pops sinabing dito ka nalang daw muna matulog."

"Makakaalala sa ano? Tsaka bakit dito? May bahay naman kami."

"Kasi sabi niya and ayaw mo ba akong makasama?" she ask while pouting.

Tumigil ka na sa pagpapacute please.

"Ah, eh gusto naman. So anong makakaalala yung sinasabi mo? Care to share?"

"You really wanna know?" she asked while raising her left eyebrow.

"Ayoko 'teh. Tinatanong kita kase ayoko malaman. Syempre oo kaya nga kita tinatanong eh." I replied with a mataray tone.

"Oh wag kang magtaray dyan, I'm just making sure you'll not regret for asking me that question."

"Kinakabahan ako sayo, anong kagagahan ang ginawa ko? Spill mo na."

"Well, you pulled me to whisper-"

"Putangina."

No way, did I told her that I love her? That I have a crush on her? Putangina Ria!

"Ba't ka nagmumura di pa nga ako tapos eh."

"Kung ano man yung sinabi ko hindi yun totoo, dala lang yun ng kalasingan." I immediately said.

"What are you talking about? Patapusin mo muna kaya ako."

"Ayoko, okay na ako non. Napaka cringe-y pakinggan eh."

"What the hell are you talking about? Ria patapusin mo muna ako, okay?"

I heaved a deep sigh and looked at her.

"Continue." I said.

"So, you pulled me to whisper-"

I closed my eyes, ready to hear the words I love you.

"Thank."

I immediately opened my eyes and looked at her.

"Thank?" I said with confused face.

"Yep, and then hindi mo natapos yung sentence mo kasi sinukahan mo ako." she said and stood up, ready to leave the room.

"WAIT WHAT?!"

"Yeah, you puked at me."

MAS NAKAKAHIYA PALA 'TOH.

"Hala siya, sorry! Pasensya ka na, naparami ata yung inom ko kagabi eh." I said.

"Ata? Naparami talaga!" she said and chuckled. "Mag ayos ka na, don't forget to drink your cofee. See you downstairs!" she added at lumabas na.
