FORBIDDEN (Draco Malfoy X Reader)

CHAPTER 20

It felt like someone had put knives in my head. I had a pounding headache and felt like i could chuck my guts up. My vision was blurry and i could barely make anything out. As i blinked away the sleep, i could tell that wherever i was, it wasn't Hogwarts.

I could hear someone writing on paper beside me, and i looked over to see Draco sat on the floor and he was scribbling away on some paper, against the coffee table. Suddenly everything came back, he cheated on me and then i drank some weird bottle thing that was on my beside table.

I went to sit up, but i felt extremely dizzy. Draco finally looked up and saw that i was awake.
"Oh my God! you're awake" He cried and helped me sit up.
"And suddenly i want to go back to sleep" I mumbled.
"Hey ! i know you're mad but don't say that. You've been out for 2 weeks"

I took a good look at Draco. If i was out for two weeks he hadn't slept for those two weeks. He looked terrible. He had dark bags under his eyes and he looked like he hadn't eaten in days.
" two weeks !?" I screeched.
"Yes, i brought you here as soon as i got to you. Snape said you were poisoned and the stuff Pansy used is dangerous"
"Why would Pansy do that ?"
"Because she used a love potion on me, that's when you saw us. Her plan was for you to see that and get you to drink that bottle"
I started to laugh.
"Oh Malfoy you'd say anything to get out of this wouldn't you"
"I'm not lying Y/N" He said sternly.
"Why would i believe you now ?"
"because" He stopped.
"Because what Malfoy ?"
"Because i love you"
I froze.

DRACO'S POV

She was looking at me wide eyed. I couldn't believe i'd just said that. I knew i loved her, but i just didn't have the courage to say it to her because i'm a coward.

She finally got herself together and pulled me into her. She wrapped her arms around my neck and i wrapped mine around her waist.
"I love you too" Y/N whispered in my ear.

I heard her breathing start to get laboured and slower and slower.
"Y/N are you okay ?" I said pulling away to look at her.
"Suddenly i don't feel so great again, could you get me some water please ?"
"Of course love" I ran out and got a glass of water. I didn't have time to wait for the house elves.

When i came back out she was laying back on the sofa. My mind went straight to 'she's dead'. I dropped the glass and ran over to her side.
"Was that really necessary ?" She smiled weakly at me.
"I thought you'd died or something"
"I've been poisoned and i've been asleep for two weeks. What do you expect. Now fetch me some water servant"
"I'm only letting you get away with that seen as you're ill, but you'll pay" I smirked at her.
"Oh i'm sure i will"
