"We're not talking about this," Layla said while looking at her reflection in the bathroom mirror and fixing her hair, "It would be beneficial for both of us to stay quiet."

Seraphina, sitting on the sink and swinging her legs in a relaxed way, smiled at Layla, "I have nothing to hide, honey. But you... Imagine what everyone will think when they find out you and Lestrange are fucking."

Layla turned around to look at Seraphina, glad the bathroom was empty, "You have nothing to hide? I know for a fact you and Tom weren't simply talking."

"Actually we didn't do anything," Seraphina interrupted, enjoying to see Layla so uncomfortable and ashamed.

"Seraphina, I'm not eight. You didn't do anything because we interrupted," Layla pointed out, rolling her eyes.

"Thanks for that by the way," she smiled sarcastically and Layla sat on the sink as well, close to Seraphina, "So what's going on between you and Gideon? I never thought you would get back together again," she raised her eyebrows with a curious face.

Layla shrugged, looking at the ground, "Do you remember when you played cupid between us and it didn't work out?" Seraphina nodded her head, remembering the day she convinced Lestrange to try things out with Layla and they went on a date that ended tragically wrong, "Well, actually it worked, because since then we grew closer."

Seraphina opened her mouth in shock, looking at Layla surprised, "What? No way!"

Layla made a small smile, thinking about Gideon Lestrange, "You can't tell anyone! No one was supposed to know, but now you and Tom saw us so there's nothing we can do."

The Slytherin nodded her head, "Promise, as long as you keep quiet about me and Tom."

"But are you two fucking? I saw it coming, I have to admit it."

Seraphina blushed, "You first. Tell me what happened."

"Alright," Layla sighed deeply, "It all started when we went on that date. I have to admit that at first, it didn't click between us, we didn't like each other and I felt like punching him whenever I saw him. But then, there was that one Quidditch game that drove both of us mad, it was Slytherin against Gryffindor and you know how much we live for Quidditch. Well, before the game we're both so angry and frustrated because it was the last game before Christmas and we both really wanted to win. So... hum, I was in the changing room and I don't know why but he came inside. My God! You have no idea how anxious and irritated I was, I screamed at him so loudly, but somehow... things didn't go as we expected and we ended up doing it before the game."

Seraphina started laughing hysterically that she felt the need to cover her face with her hands, "Merlin! I can't believe it! You and Lestrange?"

"Shut up! Not a word about it!" Layla warned her. Seraphina rubbed her eyes, still laughing and Layla continued, "Anyway, after that episode we kept doing it and we promised to keep it a secret. So please don't tell anyone."

Seraphina shrugged, "I won't, relax. I'm just surprised by this new information. Honestly, I thought you liked Leo, I was just telling that to Tom on Potions."

Layla frowned, "Me? Liking Leo? He's too vanilla for me, no offense to him, though. He should be with someone like Grace, what a shame that's impossible."

"Impossible?" Seraphina asked.

"No more secrets for you, Vevrain. Now tell me what's the deal between you and Riddle."

Seraphina scratched the back of her neck and looked at their feet, "It's... complicated."

Layla raised an eyebrow, "Complicated? It's quite simple. Are you two in love?"
