"He's what now?" Bruce rose a brow at the Winter Soldier.

"He won't come out." Bucky stated simply, going back to eating some of his breakfast.

It's been 5 months now since Tony got pregnant and the man was hiding away in their room.

"And that's because...." Scott leaned forwards, asking the solider to elaborate.

"Because..." Bucky mocked, also leaning forwards. "He doesn't want to."

The girls scoffed, waving them off and starting to get up, grabbing a plate and filling it up with food.

"Men!" Wanda scoffed, rolling her eyes at them as she continued to pile some food on a plate.

The guys rolled their eyes at the accusation again, so far, they've heard this comment from the girls around 100 times within the last month.

"Gee girls. That's about as fascinating from the first thousand times you said that to us." Sam remarked dryly.

The girls gave him glares then walked away, flipping them off and/or slapping him upside the head as they walked towards the hallway.

The guys waved them off too then went back to eating their food, shoving it into their mouths while Bruce facepalmed at them for acting like animals.

The doctor went downstairs, to go set up the monitors for Tony so he could do his usual checkup on him and it wasn't the greatest idea because that meant that he left the others upstairs... alone!... with no "parental" supervision whatsoever.

"Do it!" Scott shouted.

Clint and Sam took some stuff around the living room and kitchen to make some slingshots.

The two super soldiers took some food from the refrigerator while the God and the former AI opened the glass door to the living room as Sam, Scott, and Clint set up the slingshots to aim outside the compound and into their yard.

"Right there! Aim it right there!... at the top of the building!" Clint bounced around, pointing frantically outside and at the target he wanted the others to aim the slingshot at.

"Yeah Barton, we heard you the first time." Steve scoffed, rolling his eyes at the man.

They were about to shoot some of the food when the super soldiers heard a car driving up to the compound and into their driveway. They shot up and walked in front of the slingshot, hiding it behind them so the person walking in wouldn't see it. The others rose their brows as to why they stopped helping them shoot some food out of their living room when the door opened and they shot up to look at the CEO and the Colonel walk through the doors to the compound.

"What are you guys doing?" Pepper rose a brow at them, pointing a finger between the guys all crowded around the back doors to the living room of the compound.

"Looking at the scenery." Bucky spoke up, the lie rolling of his tongue perfectly as he gave the woman a winning smile.

The others gaped as they saw how nonchalant and easy it was for the man to lie to the woman but then they all nodded their heads along in agreement as they realized what he was doing.

"Why?" Pepper gave them a look.

"Because it's nice out, that's why." Steve grumbled, pointing a hand outside to help his argument.

Pepper gave them looks then rubbed her temple, "I'm not dealing with you guys right now, it's too much." She walked away, waving her arms in their general direction as she strutted towards the hallway. She stopped and looked at them, pointing down the hall as she rose a brow, "where are they?"
