Edmund looked at you passed out on the ground and then at Susan, who looked genuinely shocked. He then looked at Lucy who ran to your side.

"Did you know about this?" Edmund asked Susan.

"I didn't even know he was seeing anyone." Susan replied.

Edmund ran to Peter's study where Peter was writing something. Edmund slammed the door behind him and Peter looked up. He did not smile nor did he do anything else.

"Edmund, I've told you not to slam that door a thousand times." Peter said calmly.

"IS SHE A JOKE TO YOU?!" Edmund yelled.

"Who?" Peter replied, going back to his writing.

"(y/n)!" He answered.

"She is not a joke to me, Ed." Peter sighed, dipping his quill into the ink pot.

"Then why are you marrying this Ginerva girl?" Edmund crossed his arms.

"Her name is Genevieve Dunst and she is High Queen of Archenland." Peter replied.

"And so you led (y/n) on while you were planning to marry Genevieve?" Edmund clarified.

"I never planned to marry anyone. At least not until I was well into my twenties." Peter answered, sighing again.

"You got her pregnant?" Edmund gasped, "Pete-"

"She claims so." Peter looked out the window behind him, "And of course she's beautiful and rich and dignified, but she, she-"

"She isn't (y/n)." Edmund finished.

Peter nodded. "You've won, brother. (y/n) is all yours."

"Peter, that's not how this works. Ditch Genevieve and you and (y/n) can elope." Edmund smiled.

"It's nice do you to try and help me, but Genevieve is to be the mother of my children. I will not have a bastard child because I didn't want to own up to my mistakes." Peter sighed.

"Well you can't hide away from (y/n) forever." Edmund sighed.

"At least I invited her." Peter muttered.

"Go talk to her." Edmund said. Peter stood and walked towards the door, "Oh wait not right now! She's passed out."

"She passed out when she got the invitation?" Peter gasped.

"Yep," Edmund replied.

So Peter waited and so did I. I quite frankly did not want to see Peter or Edmund and was not looking forward to dinner. But matters became worse when I entered the Great Hall for dinner and High Queen Genevieve of Archenland was seating in my usual place between Peter and Susan.
