Imagine: You've just left Narnia upon your brother, Caspian's, command and you meet Edmund Pevensie and fall in love the moment you see him.

Moving had been difficult for (Y/N), especially since she was doing it alone. She had run away upon the command of her brother, Prince Caspian. He didn't want her stay in the path of their horrible Uncle, so he directed her to an old escape their Mother had once used to escape in her own time.
So (Y/N) left. But Caspian didn't know that the old escape route would take her too far from harm's way. She screamed as she was engulfed by the blue colored light. Then before she could fathom what was occurring, she was dressed in a beige overcoat and matching hat on a solid surface in the falling snow. When she looked around all she could see were buildings and darker colored surfaces. She looked around and saw a small news stand.
London Braves Economic State Post-World War!
London, England.
She had read about the city with the professor and knew only two things about it: it was home to the Queen Elizabeth, and the native home of the Pevensies. She was alone, scared, and quite frankly hungry. So she walked until she found a bookstore with a faded red valence hanging in the shop window. She rustled the door knob and walked in.
Upon walking in she could hear talking. It was just a buzz at first, and then words began to form around the sounds. She walked through aisles and realized she was in the poetry section. She skimmed titles and eventually found a title she thoroughly enjoyed back home. She sat down with it and breathed out, opening the book.
Then she looked across the room for a split second. A boy with blonde hair and a sharp jawline was glaring at another boy with raven colored hair and a dark blue sweater on. Two girls sat across from them. One looked to be about 19, with ebony curls and red plaid skirt on. The other looked about 15 and sported straight, shoulder length hair; she wore a lavender overcoat and a matching hat. Before she could look any longer, the girls turned her direction so she looked back down at her book.
"Edmund, you can't plan to pass your classes at boarding school if all you do is pick fights and try to play Prince Charming and save the girlfriends of the guys you fail to beat up." The blonde boy sighed.
"I do not play Prince Charming, Pete!" The boy with raven colored hair, whose name was Edmund, said.
"Will you two stop fighting?" Susan said a bit too loudly. The boys stopped immediately, a blush rising in their cheeks.
"Hey the train for the Professor's house will be here soon." The girl who looked about 15 reminded everyone.
"Remind me again why Mum is sending us back to our wartime shelter in the country instead of letting us come home for holiday?" Edmund sighed.
"I wish I knew , Ed." The girl who look about 19 sighed.
"Well we best get going." Pete sighed.
"Peter's right." The girl who looked about 15 piped up again.
"I have to pack up. You all get started, I'll catch up." Edmund said.
Everyone grumbled but let him do as he wished. They all exited through the main door, wishing the sleeping book-keeper a happy holiday. Edmund stayed seated and (Y/N) did not dare look up from her book. But eventually she did close it and began to head back towards the poetry shelf to put it back in its place.
But it was then that she looked down the aisle and saw the boy named Edmund. He looked up just as she did and their eyes locked. (Y/N) couldn't stop staring into his huge green-blue eyes. And in turn he couldn't stop staring into her (Y/E/C) eyes. She kind of smiled and he walked over to her immediately.
"Hi." He said.
"Hi." She answered.
"I'm sorry to stare..." He said.
"I should be the one apologizing." She laughed.
"I'm Edmund."
"I'm (Y/N)."
"Would you...would you like to come to my home for the holiday?" He asked.
"Are you serious?" She smiled, laughing a little, "For all I know you could be a rapist."
"Trust me, I'm just about as far from a rapist as could be." He laughed.
"In that case..." She smiled a little, "sure."
