Peter: Peter has always been very patient and I think his patience would still be very apparent when encountering a Karen. He'll likely re-explain a situation or listen to their concerns to gauge the incident so he can try to solve it as quickly and as calmly as possible. When she asks for a manager though, he's completely disheartened that he couldn't solve the problem at hand.

Caspian: As someone from Narnia, Caspian's first encounter with a Karen would be hilarious. I think Caspian would probably be very offended by their actions and let them know in a very innocent kind of way. He's such a rule follower so he'd be mad at a Karen's attempts to get free food, compensation for something that was perfectly fine, or their attempts at gaming the system. He'd say something like: "That is so rude! You literally just sent food back to the kitchen that was perfectly fine to get free food! That's against the rules!". And he would be genuinely startled and disgusted that someone would do something like a Karen is notorious for.

Aslan: Is the manager that she asks for and defends his employees until the very end against a Karen's claims. He's patient and kind like Peter is, but he will never give into a Karen's demands to get free things or a refund without a receipt.

Mr. Tumnus: Apologizes profusely if the Karen is directly upset with him. In a more public setting, he's giving his friends side eye as they witness a Karen wrecking havoc. Although he won't get in the middle of it, he will go find someone else on staff or the manager so that they can intervene and resolve the issue.

Susan: In my eyes, Susan automatically stands her ground whether she is wrong or not. If a Karen is getting progressively more angry with her, she would tell them that they needed to calm down and stop acting like a child (yes, she would literally say it, she does not care). She would also probably go get all the managers on duty, explain the situation, then take her lunch break and watch as Karen got it completely handed to them.

Lucy: Probably cries, if I'm being completely honest. If the Karen even kind of raises their voice at Lucy, she's a puddle of tears. Then the Karen in question will feel horrible because this girl who looks so young and kind is crying and having to go grab the Kleenex. So Karen apologizes under her breath and takes her act to the next unfortunate victim. But that's Lucy's tactic. If she starts crying everyone leaves her alone and she never has to deal with any Karens.

Edmund: He has no filter, so the interaction would be wild. He's not sticking with the corporate script or turning a blind eye to the situation, he's getting directly into the thick of it. He will tell a Karen they're wrong. He will tell them that their act won't work on him. He will tell them they're not getting the refund, the free food, the whatever they want. And when they ask for the manager he always  gets the satisfaction of saying, "Honey, I am the manager"

Eustace: As a spoiled little guy, he's usually the Karen. He wants it now, and he wants it for free. He causes the fit, causes the scene, makes everything a huge issue. So when he finally encounters a Karen in the wild, he's offended by their behavior and can't believe anyone would act in such a way. But with his expertise in the world of Karens (seeing as he is one), he's able to always diffuse the situation and give them what they want without getting a manager involved or really giving them much of anything at all.

Professor Digory Kirke (young): Has the utmost class when dealing with Karens. He speaks professionally, always following the corporate etiquette script and always retrieving a manager before they asks for one. In public when he has a Karen spotting, he's usually with Polly and tells her they should just keep walking and not say anything. But of course, Polly doesn't listen. So he's usually dragging her out of there afterward, a flush of red on his face.

Polly Plummer (young): This is the person who fights the Karens. She will 100% be throwing hands and losing her job over a Karen. If she's out in public and she sees someone getting heckled by a Karen, she's not above tripped a Karen, "bumping" into a Karen "on accident", or giving them a shove and running off giggling, usually with her hand in Digory's
