The sun poured through the window as the rays lit up the room. They lay in the bed sleeping sweetly and balmy. The sound of quiet snoring, and wind blowing from a small fan sitting on her dresser fills her ears gradually. Her vision is blurred temporarily once she's opened her eyes only to see her nightstand with her phone, lamp, and three empty water bottles sitting on the top of it , her closet door with random hand bags hanging, her white faux rug and sitting in the right corner is a fake plant in a white marble vase.Kiara stares blankly at the objects completely unaware, and oblivious to everything around her at this moment. A yawn escapes her lips while she rubs her eye before settling again. Laying comfortably she just listens to the faint chirping of birds, and children's laughter as they play happily in their yards. To most people that would disrupt their sleeping time, but Kiara thinks it's angelic, and peaceful listening to the world, and the nature of it. It lets her feel, and know that she's back in the natural state of reality especially when she feels alone, or disconnected.
When her body finally makes the decision to become aware, and have energy ,Kie moves propping her elbow, so she's lifted off her pillow. She reaches for her phone turning it over. Lighting up automatically is the time showing it's noon. Sighing, she sits up more properly taking the blanket off her and swinging her legs off the bed. Looking back she sees the blonde in a deep sleep laying on her stomach.
Sarah came back to the party wasted, and high. She danced the night away with the "boyfriend" until it was time to leave. Kiara knows how their parents are, so she took her to her house instead. Following, she let Rafe know in advance, so he won't cause a whole scene finding out where his little sister went. She gets out of bed, and stretches her body as another yawn escapes. After, she ambled over to the bathroom turning the light on. Kiara does her business flushing the toilet, and washing her hands, letting the warm water rinse off all the bubbles.
She drys them with her shirt accidentally forgetting she had napkins in the left hand corner. It happens to often than she'd like to admit. Once she's done she turns off the light, and walks out of her room. There's no sound, or sign of anything else in the house as she just strolls through the hallway. Taking a quick glance, her parents room is empty with their neatly made bed in the middle. Reaching the stares there's still no familiar sound of who she's hoping to see. Even if she doesn't see them it won't be much of a surprise. Kiara just wants them be around full time this time.
But we all want what we can't have.
Kie walks down stairs checking the living room only to find it exactly how it was yesterday. Before she can reach the kitchen the doorbell rings uncontrollably causing her to turn around with her brows knitted together. Walking over she unlocks it opening it up to Rafe barging inside.
"What the hell is wrong with you?" She asked quietly but irritated.
"Sarah's here right?" He said looking up the stairs.
Closing the door she answered, "Yeah where else would she be."
" Okay good, well I need your help"
"If it's anything illegal count me out" She said walking past him, going to the kitchen.
"No, but it is important, so Ava-" He started, following her.
"Oh my gosh, is she pregnant! Ward is going to kill you , y'know that right." The brunette said cutting him off as she went over to the cabinets.
