Kokichi and shuichi made their way to class where everyone was waiting.
Shuichi walked in after kokichi with a crooked smile plastered on his face but even he knew it was fake. Blood was dripping down his palm and splashing on the floor.
The silence was unvaryingly loud.
"H-hey saihara, we wanted to apologise and ask a few questions" maki walked up to shuichi and reached out to place a hand on his shoulder, shuichi flinched "a-ah! Of course harukawa-sama I'll answer anything!"shuichi sat at a desk while everyone crowded around with ouma behind his chair "s-so what are your questions?" Shuichi put his hands on the desk table and let it bleed "why is there blood coming from your palms?" Amani asked shuichi looked around. Everyone seemed concerned? "Before i answer does anyone have any trauma 0r fear related to cuts and blood?" Shuichi asked wearingly, kokichi and himiko raised their hands "! Before i show you, um this is a very touchy subject for me and uh.. i apologise in advance"he sighed and continued clutching his sleeves "o-ok then! Please avert your eyes"
Kokichi and himiko turned away. S huichi pulled up his soaked selves revealing dozens if not hundreds of small but deep slashes and scars. Everyone gasped confusing shuichi "I'm sorry! If i did something wrong please tell me ill fix it!" Kaito sighed and spoke up "you didn't do anything saihara dont apologise" everyone nodded and shuichi pulled down his sleeves "a-any other questions?" "Did you stalk ouma yes or no" maki spoke firmly "i didnt! I swear i barely have the guts to look at him.." maki sighed "What's with the bruises on your neck and face" kaede asked bluntly "I'd rather not say sorry!" "Shut up with the sorry will ya! It's annoying you did nothing" Iruma raised her voice. Shuichi flinched again "iruma-san i recommend you not raise your voice. It seems to bring up unwanted memories for saihara-kun" kirumi instructed giving shuichi a concerned look "t-thank you Tojo-sama" "please dont call me 'sama' its not needed" "I'm sorry!" "Dammit saihara! Just drop the whole sama thing Kay? And Iruma was just being a bitch when she yelled" kaede glared at Iruma "love ya too honey~ anyway whats our plan of action now?"
"If you could listen please! I believe we all owe saihara-kun and apology" kibbo raised his hand "i-i agree" kokichi finally spoke up.
Shuichi's heart flutters at kokichi's voice; what did it mean? He still couldn't tell " I'm the class president or whatever so be nice to saihara" kaede looked at shuichi "just dont be weird Kay?" She smiled for a second and looked away "We really are sorry for letting it get this far saihara-kun" tenko softened her eyes "its not your fault and we see that now" maki smiled "from now on if you need someone, please tell us. Dont resort to hurting yourself instead, believe it or not we care about you, weather we know you well or not" amami smiled "I'm sure we will get to know each other well enough" Iruma gave shuichi a thumbs up.
Shuichi nodded "Ill do my best thank you for giving me a shot!" Everyone gave shuichi their apologies and phone numbers. They returned to their own conversations before them crowding around shuichi got to overwhelming. Saihara sat at his desk and smiled.
A genuine smile.
"They're gonna try" he looked at his desk and didn't speak he didnt want to ruin it so early
