So i do realise i didnt put any of my head canons for characters here but i wanted to wait a bit.
Anyway most of these characters have only slightly different traits:
-tenko(chiller about males and naive)
-himiko(rudder)
-kiibo(more firm/straight forward)
-rantaro(kinda same ig)
-Kaito (also kinda same just less dumb and less shouty)
-Tsumugi (same but not master mindy just rrly big anime fan)
-kirumi (has anger issues)
-Angie(has religious trauma so she dosent worship atua)
-Korekiyo (hates humanity)
-maki(motherly,nicer, smiles)
-ryoma(same )
-Gonta(less dumb no offence ily)
-miu (less vulgar dosent swear often, more insecure)

Apart That here's a short summary of the more important characters in my fan fic and some head canons/sexuality and gender)

Kokichi ouma

Typical shy pregame ouma exept he isnt abused at home but they are bullied and harassed at school for his "doll like features" and his "cute face"
He is often gullible and has very low self esteem
In my story his mother left their father after he that came out as bi. Their mom was extremely homophobic and divorced him quickly. Playing nice, she got custody of ouma and abused them for as long as he was there until oumas dad finally gathered enough evidence to get custody of ouma and so now he lives with his dad and daiki(his dads partener)
He was in a toxic relationship in middle school so he has some relationship trauma.
He is best friends with maki and good friends with kaito.
They would protect him in middle school but didnt know anything was happening in highschool.

Kokichi has/had/does:
-Depression (healing process)
-Anxiety(still there)
-Self harms(3 months free I'm proud of u bby🥰)
-Abandonment issues
-Claustrophobia
-Relationship trauma

Sexuality: Demisexual (couse ✨trauma✨) homoromantic
Meaning he only feels sexual attraction when they form a strong bond with a person and feel romantic atracción to men.
Gender/pronouns:
Demi-boy
He/him or they/them
No preference

Shuichi saihara

Shuichi tends to hyperfixate on things/people that bring him any feeling of happiness eg: Ouma or danganronpa
He is obsessive, caring and akward but when the right buttons are pushed he becomes possessive, aggressive and menacing.
No he's not a yandere.
He only want the best for those he loves.
Even if ouma where to fall in love with someone else shuichi would keep his distance but make sure ouma is treated well aswell as being safe
and happy.
He was used by his father to make money after his ||oop- spoiler for next chapter||
He has is afraid of and craves physical contact. Aka he's touch starved but dosent know the difference between affection and abuse.
Though he is learning from ouma.
He lives with his father aka "mr saihara" and his step mother "Mrs saihara"
As a kid shuichi was never aloud to show emotion or he would get beaten for it so he dosent understand how to show it or what it is when he feels it.
Shuichi has/had/does:
-PTSD
-Anxiety disorder
-cyclothymic disorder(mild version of bipolar disorder)
-Depression
-developing eating disorder
-ADHD
-Intrusive thoughts (comes with the ptsd its a package deal)
-s3xual trauma
-abandonment issues
-self harm (1 day clean still proud of u bby🥰)

Sexuality:
Pansexual
Meaning he can love people of all genders aka he dosent see gender just the person he loves.
Gender/pronouns:
He/him
Cis male

Kaede akamatsu

Kaede dosent believe in humanity.
She is a sarcastic person who usually hold no hope anyone can change. She is cold and rude, but can be kind to the right people
She has been let down so many time in her life they choose not to hold out hope in fear of it being crushed.
Her mother and father neglect her so she tackles care of herself.
After a traumatic even with a boyfriend she had they couldn't ever stand to be in a relationship with a man ever again.
Kaede although she dosent show it, really cares for their class mates but is afraid they will leave her if she ever shows signs of it.

Kaede has/had/does:
-s3xual trauma
-abandonment issues
-trust issues
-depression

Sexuality:
Lesbian
(I think we know what this means)
Gender/Pronouns:
Demi-girl
She/her or they/them
Preference of she/her
