chapter 22: Please?

Sam's pov

I walked out with Maribel and Annemarie. We were talking and Matty walked up to us.

"Sam can we go for a walk"

"I don't know. Remember what happened last time we walked?"

He pouted his lip and said "Please?"

"Fine." I hugged Annemarie and Maribel then walked over to Matty.

"So tell me about your crew."

"My crew?" I asked laughing. Then he nodded.

"Well there's Ellie. She's not much of a talker to new people. She's really fun if you get to know her. She's also kind and likes to draw."

"Then there's Annemarie. She's really funny and cool. She likes bands and she seems mean but she really isn't. Also likes to draw and my #1 bestfriend. Don't tell anyone.", I said and he chuckled.

"Maribel. She has things going. She cares about how your doing and is always there. Also she doesn't go out much and if you need advice in art or help, she's the one person you should go to."

"Alice, you would get along with her. She fun and can lighten up a bad day. She's also a gamer and she loves to tease us, especially Maribel."

"Last but not least, Jocelyn. Jocelyn is that person that you just want to go and do something with. She's out going and fun. We can't have fun without her."

After he said "Wow seems like a nice group."

"Yeah they really are." I said. I was really happy they were my friends.

"But you are forgetting one person."

I looked at Matty confused. Did I forget someone?

"Samantha. Aka Sam, funny, smart and a great friend. Gives good advice and beautiful.", he said.

"Aw thanks Matty...", I said but realized he still wants me to date him.

"Matty I have to go" he nodded and i hugged him.

I started walking home. I got to my street but i felt someone pull my arm.

"Hey" i turned around and saw Collin. "Hey Collin" i said. He looked nervous.

"Do you want to go do something tomorrow after school?" He asked me. I could tell it took all his courage to ask me.

"Yeah that sounds fun" I said then I hugged him and ruffled his hair. "See you tomorrow" I said

Then he said "Tomorrow." I got to my house and looked for Collin. I saw him walking but he jumped and clicked his feet together. He's so weird yet adorable.

"Who are you starring at?"

I turn around and see Jake leaning against the door frame. "Aw, does my little sister have a crush? Who is it? Matty?" He started laughing. "No it can't be Matty. It has to be Collin!" He started bursting into laughter.

"Says the boy who doesn't have guts to ask Maribel out.", I said smirking. He immediately stopped laughing. "Did I mention I know who her crush is?"

"What?! Please tell me please! Please!" I was really getting annoyed at that word. I heard it to much today.

" I'm kidding I don't know who her crush is, nobody does. So sorry." I wonder who her crush is though. I bet its Jake.
