Chapter 21

Together they walk back to the front of the house. The children are already busy talking to each other. Looks like the search is over. Dean and Ace casually stand by as if nothing had happened. Fortunately, the students are not aware of anything. The teacher says that tomorrow the results of the winners will be announced and that everyone can now go to their room to get ready for the evening. All the students cheer because they are up for the day. The students walk to their own room. Everyone is tired after such a long day. Ace suddenly starts to yawn too.

"Let's go to bed too," Dean tells him.

Ace nods. Together they walk to Dean's room door. Dean opens the door with the pass they got. Ace lets go of Dean's hand that they were still holding. Dean opens his door. The light in his room is still on. Ace stops at the door. Dean notices and looks over his shoulder. Ace looks at the ground. Dean bites his lip and smiles. Too cute. Ace is too cute! Without saying anything, he takes Ace's hand again. "Come on, let's go to bed."

Ace looks up. "M-But ... uhmm ..."

Dean glances at him for a moment. "Do not you want to?"

Dean looks at him briefly with wide eyes and then chuckles. "Come."

Ace nods and walks small steps into Dean's room. Dean closes the door behind him and as he walks into his room, he walks past Ace and slaps him on the back while laughing. "What are you nervous about, you were the one who got into bed with me the last time."

Ace gets a shiver down his spine. "It's different this time."

I'm going to take a shower ", Dean tells him.

Ace nods. He sits down on the floor next to the bed. Meanwhile, Dean takes a shower.

Dean is now also bright red in the shower. He lets the water from his hair shine on his body.

After a while, Dean comes out of the bathroom with a shirt that is too big and boxer underpants. Ace is still on the ground, now looking at Dean.

"Would you like to take a shower too?" Dean asks him.

"Okay," Ace says and gets up. He walks to the bathroom.

Dean, meanwhile, sits on his bed with his phone. He has received a message from Anna. Dean reads her message.

Anna: Yo Dean where are you ?!

Dean: In my room, why?

Anna: "Is it true?"

Dean: "What's true?"

Anna: About you and Ace!

Dean: "What's with that?" Dean doesn't understand at all what she's talking about.

Anna: 'Dean !! We tell each other everything and you type me this now! ;(' She sends Dean an angry emoji.

Dean: "Sure we tell each other everything!" Dean types quickly. "Except I wasn't sure if I liked him or not ... So tonight it kind of fell off?"

Anna: 'So so '

"I ... I don't have any clothes with me," Ace says with a red face.

Dean jumps up. He hadn't thought about that. "Uhm, uh." What now? "Do I have to go to your room to get you stuff? Or maybe I have some clothes, although you're taller than me," Dean all suggests.

"Whatever you want", Ace laughs nervously

"Take your pick," says Dean, getting off the bed. "Oh!" He comes up with an idea. "I still have a large shirt that belonged to my father." He is rummaging in his bag.

Ace is waiting patiently for him. Then he takes a blue blouse from his bag. "Would you like to try it?"

Ace nods. "Okay"

He just puts that other underwear back on. Ace takes the blouse and walks back to the bathroom. Dean sighs. His body! Ace comes out of the bathroom with Dean's father's blouse and his underpants

"Is he okay?" Dean asks just to be sure.

"Yes, it feels very comfortable." Ace shyly fiddles with it. "But can I just wear it?"

Dean walks up to him and sits on his father's sleeves. "He's important to me, it's the last thing I have of my dad," Dean told Ace. "But I know you're careful with it, so it's okay."

"But if it's that important to you, then I really can't do it. He's too important to you." Ace looks at Dean with worried eyes.

"I want you to put it on," says Dean, looking at him with a smile. "It's okay, I know you're not going to do anything weird with it"

Ace immediately shakes his head. "I am extra careful that it belongs to your father."

Dean looks at him with satisfaction and nods.

"We have to go to sleep," Ace says eventually

"Yes," says Dean and goes to bed. For a moment he takes out his phone, switches it off and puts it on his bedside table. Then Dean crawls into the bed and pulls the blanket over him. Nice and warm!

Ace is still standing next to the bed.

Dean sits up and looks at him. "Ace, what's up?" he asks in a soft sweet tone.

I'm going to sleep with Dean! I go to sleep with Dean, Ace keeps repeating in his head.

"Ace?" Dean asks again, tilting his head.

Ace is startled. "Yes, right. II come already." Ace takes the blanket and lies down next to Dean.

Dean also lies down and turns off the light on his bedside table. Ace gets nervous. 'I ... I sleep on the bed next to Dean !! My heart! This feels different
