Headcanon #22

Rey and Ben patch each other up. They never go to the medbay/ medical area any more after an unfortunate incident involving Ben, scars on his back, a medic that didn't know when to shut up and a light saber.

Rey is much better at it than Ben is, after years of being a scavenger working on old ships that tend to break. Every time Ben sees one of these scars, he runs his fingertips along it, gently asking for the story behind each one. And Rey loves that he is so interested in her past, the good and the bad.

On the other hand, Ben is really self conscious of his scars - they are mostly from Snoke, but there are some from training or when he fell in his childhood. He hates them, as Snoke taught him they make him weak. Rey loves them, because they make him human and she likes hearing the story behind them, especially the ones from when he was little.
