Okay, so just imagine Rey being given loads of boxes by Leia full of her stuff, and they just sit there and go through it all after Luke's death. Then they find one box with a load of embarrassing baby pictures and toys that belonged to Ben Solo and it helps Rey realise that there is more to the person under the mask.
Halfway through the baby box, Leia is showing Rey a particularly embarrassing video of Ben singing or something and Ben shows up through the Force, and just sees the video he thought he got rid of. He makes a grab for it but Rey just laughs and teases him about it constantly.
