Hey you guys, it's been a while. Just been really busy and stressed lately, not very inspired... But I love you guys, so here is a headcanon!

Rey hates being called pet names of any kind, especially in public. Ben never really understood them, having grown up mostly alone, despite the years he spent with his parents. 

But when they are in private, Ben will call Rey 'sweetheart' sometimes, just to see her trail off mid-sentence and go bright red. He'll just smirk at her, which makes her even more flustered, until she can't take it any more and just steps closer to bury her head in his chest.
