Sitting lazily on a couch, Jack munched on popcorn laughing loudly to Jack Sparrows antics. Pirates of the Caribbean was awesome! She couldn’t believe she was just seeing it for the first time. It was hands down the best movie she had ever seen. She had binge watched it all day and was currently seeing the third.

Her favorite character was Jack, obviously. Then there was Elizabeth Swan. God, she hated that girl. For leaving Jack to the kraken and for just being her. And there was handsome Will Turner. It’s a good thing Harry wasn’t there to watch her fawn over him, jealous prick.

She set the bowl on the table and sprawled out on the couch. She was feeling very comfy, she was wearing a brown tee and long black stockings. She glanced at the clock, Harry wouldn’t be home for at least another hour, and she sighed sadly.

“God! I sound like a neglected housewife,” Jack groaned to herself.

The door opened and closed so quietly that if she weren’t paying attention, she would have missed it. She sat up abruptly, her eyes narrowed. It wasn’t Harry, she was sure of that. He would have yelled out her name the moment he stepped through the door to see if she was home. Whoever had come in was not invited.

She got to her feet silently picking up a baseball bat that was leaning against the wall.

Moving quickly and silently, Jack leaned against the wall and held her breath. Her bat raised as she waited for the person to come through.

Jack didn’t have to wait long as the intruders gun came first. She could see the gun followed by his arms. Perfect!

Wham!

Jack brought the bat down so hard she heard his bone break. He screamed as he let go of the weapon. He turned to her and she swung the bat hitting him square in the face and he fell with a thud.

Jack smirked as she twirled the bat in her hand, “Strike! Man I would have made a good baseball player,” she said as she kicked the gun away and crouched down to his level.

She reached for the mask covering his face, but he regained consciousness and scrambled to his feet. Jack got to her feet as well. He lunged for her, but she stepped out of the way at the last minute and tripped him. He fell, but he grabbed hold of her shirt and pulled her down with him.

Jack struggled against him and managed to headbutt him.

Looks pretty easy in the movies, right?

Well it was a mistake. The guys head was as strong as a coconut. Jack saw stars as she fell back in a daze. She was stunned. After that, she was never head butting another person again, ever.

The intruder took the opportunity to sit on her and wrap his hands around her neck as he began to strangle her. Jack struggled and tried to buck him off but his hold was strong and his weight on her was heavy. She tried gasping for air as her face slowly turned red.

Her hands searched the floor beside her for anything she could use against him, but there was nothing. The bat was far away. She held his hands around her neck and tried to pull them off, but it was no use. He had a mission he was determined to complete.

Jack Cabrera was going to die of strangulation, and then the cops would find her dead body and arrest it because she still had to pay for her crimes even when she was dead.

Her movements became slow and her eyes closed. This was it; this was the end! Poor Harry, she had to go and die in his house.

Then she remembered that she had broken the bones in his forearm.

With a burst of energy, Jack held his arm with both hands and squeezed tightly with all her might hoping to destroy the bones, if that was possible. The guy whimpered and released his hold on her neck. Jack swiftly bucked him off and staggered to feel gasping for air. Her hand massaged her neck as she coughed.
