You're standing on platform 9 3/4 getting ready to get on the Hogwarts Express. You see first years nervous to leave their families for a year, seventh years ready for their last year at Hogwarts.
"I'm so excited for this year! I can't wait," you think to yourself.
You make sure to have all of your luggage and your owl, Harvard.
Lily: I hope you have a wonderful school year my darlings. Please write, have fun, and learn lots.
Harry: We will Mum, don't worry.
James: You better. I love you both. Keep in touch, okay?
You: We will Dad. Love you Mum. Love you Dad. C'mon Harry let's go!
You and Harry hug your parents one last time before you run to the train. You get all of your luggage on the express and wave goodbye.
Harry: I'm going to go find Ron and Hermione.
You: I'm going to look for Cedric.
Harry: Okay, see you at school.
While you go and look for Cedric, you trip on something. Ice cold hands catch your fall, sending chills up your spine. You look at the hands and see many black and silver rings.
You: Oh my gosh, I am so sorry.
You look up and see a platinum blonde boy scowling at you. Once he realizes who you are, he lets go and you fall to the floor.
Draco: Watch where you fucking walk, idiot.
He walks away from you as you stand up and brush yourself off.
"Asshole."
You find Cedric a couple carts down, but he's not alone. You. walk closer to the window to see Cho standing next to him. He whispers something in her ear and she laughs. You walk up closer, next to him and clear your throat.
Cedric: Anastasia, I was just about to go look for you.
You: Sure you were.
Cedric: Ana, I told you, Cho and I got closer this summer because our families went on vacation, remember.
"How close?" your mind questions.
Cho: I'm going to go find my seat. See you at school, Ced.
Cedric: See you, Cho.
You stand there staring at him with your arms crossed over your chest.
Cedric: Oh c'mon luv, don't be like that.
You: I'm going to go find my seat, do whatever the hell you want.
You walk away leaving him in the cart alone. Instead, you go and look for Alice to sit with. A couple carts down, you find her staring out the window.
You: Hi Alice. How was your summer?
Alice: Oh, Ana, it was lovely. I- Oh my god!
You: What?
You turn around to see what she is looking at and watch as Draco sits down with Crabbe and Goyle in the cart across from ours. You roll your eyes and sit down.
Alice: Blimey he got hot over summer. I mean he was always good looking but damn.
You: Okay, we know you fancy Draco.
Alice: He got new rings, too. Oh shit he's looking, but at you.
You turn your head and look at Draco as he shoots daggers at you with his bright eyes. You glare back before rolling your eyes at him and turning back to Alice.
Alice: What was that about?
You: I accidentally bumped into him and he caught me. It's not my fault he's so big.
Alice: That's not a bad thing.
You: Alice! No!
Alice: Oh c'mon, Ana, look at him. He's a complete sex god.
You turn and look at him, again. You follow his veins down to his big hands and notice his new rings. You shake your head and talk with Alice the rest of the way to Hogwarts. Attempting not to stare at the blonde haired boy in the cart across from yours.
