You and Harry run out of the great hall and up the stairs when you suddenly hear your names being called.
Hermione: Harry!
Ron: Ana!
You both turn to see who they come from as Ron and Hermione chase after you.
Ron: It doesn't matter if we have a horcrux or not, we would need something to destroy it.
Hermione: Ron and I will go to the chamber and get a basilisk fang.
You: Great idea.
You notice Cedric and he smiles when he sees you.
Cedric: Ana!
He runs up the stairs towards you. He hands you the cup and smiles.
Cedric: Figured you'd need this more than me.
You nod.
Cedric: I'm going to help set up the castle, you hurry and find the other horcrux.
You nod as Cedric leans in and kisses your cheek.
Cedric: Good luck.
He runs back down the stairs and towards the professors. You examine the horcrux and hand it to Hermione.
You: Here, take this and destroy it when you get down there.
They both nod and run back down the stairs. You turn to Harry and sigh.
Harry: Let's go!
You: Where?
Harry: The Ravenclaw common room.
You: Why would it be there? It wouldn't be that easy.
Harry looks out the window and notices a blue barrier being set up around the castle.
Harry: Well where do you think we should go!? We don't have much time as it is!
You: Give me a second to think!
Harry: We don't have time!
You stare at Harry as he glares at you.
You: This is what he wants! He wants us to get angry with each other, to get mad because we'll be powerless on our own. We need to stick together. Now give me a second.
Harry's eyes soften as you think when you suddenly remember something. That night you left Dumbledore's room, you heard the same whispers that the other horcruxes have. You look up at Harry and smile. You grab his hand and run up the stairs, pulling him with you.
Harry: Where are we going?
You: I think I know where it is, I just need to retrace my steps.
Draco's POV:
I apparate into the castle as students rush past and around me. I look around examining the room as I spot Blaise and Alice. I quickly grab them and pull them into an empty classroom. Alice hits me across the face but suddenly gasps and covers her mouth in disbelief.
Alice: Draco! Oh my merlin- I'm so sorry... I thought-
I rub my cheek and turn to her, a sly smile on my face.
Draco: Where is she?
She sighs and looks at Blaise before she turns back to me.
Alice: Where's her parents?
Draco: They're with him. Captured. To be used as leverage. But they're okay.
She sighs of relief and I turn to Blaise.
Draco: Where is she?
He sighs.
Blaise: I don't know. We don't know. She went looking for something. We were on our way to help prepare the castle.
I sigh and begin to pace. I need to be next to her. I need to be with her. I can tell this is going to be bad. I need to know she's okay.
