3rd Person POV:

On Halloween night, 1981, James and Lily were killed, leaving behind a one-year-old Harry who somehow defeated Voldemort.

Sirius Black was immediately under suspicion from the Ministry of Magic for telling Voldemort where James and Lily were, but with a veritaserum trial, it was found out that Peter Pettigrew was the one who betrayed them. He was captured and put in Azkaban, where he still is.

Harry was handed over to his godfather, Sirius, and his husband, Remus. They have been a family ever since then. Harry was always loved by both of them, sure, he was pampered and scolded and helped but most of all, he was loved.

It's Harry's third year at Hogwarts now, with Remus as his Defense Against the Dark Arts professor. It was weird calling him "Professor Lupin" instead of "Moony", but it was fun to have him around, especially when Remus pulled random pranks during classes (a side effect from being a Marauder).

Currently, Harry is in his DADA class with the Slytherins, who also seem like Remus as much as the Gryffindors.

"Hello, settle down everyone," Remus says as the students walk into the classroom. Once they are in their seats, he starts talking about Red Caps.

"Red Caps are small, dwarf-like creatures that inhabit wherever human blood had been shed, such as in the dungeons of castles, the potholes of old battlefields, or holes underground. They attack those who are lost and are extremely dangerous to lone-"

Remus is interrupted by his classroom's door swinging wide open to reveal his husband, Sirius.

"Hello!", Sirius exclaims, much to the excitement of Harry who yells, "Padfoot!", and then runs out of his seat to hug him.

"Prongslette! Wow, it's been so long since I saw you, how's school?", Sirius asks Harry, who responds excitedly and the entire class starts joining into their conversation.

During all this, Remus is still standing at the front of the class, staring and smiling at Sirius. Like Harry, Remus hadn't seen his husband in a few weeks, the last time they met was the morning after the full moon.

Remus was so enthralled by Sirius, how beautiful he looked wherever he went. How effortlessly graceful (and ungraceful) he was, his laughter full of glee, his smile that makes the sun look dim.

But the thing Remus loved the most about Sirius was how they just fit together.

How Sirius knew everything about Remus and was still in love with him, how their hands fit well together like they were made especially for the other person, how Sirius could take one look at him and know everything that Remus was thinking, how they had their differences but they balanced each other out (they still always got in trouble but was so worth it every time).

"Padfoot...", Remus calls out.

Sirius turns around to face him and his face carries the biggest smile in the world. Remus thinks it could blind someone, but he doesn't mind it if that is the last thing he sees.

"Moony..." Sirius replies before running at him with his arms wide open to envelop the love of his life in a hug.

Remus laughs and hugs him back. As they separate, Pansy Parkinson asks, "Sorry but who is this?"

The husbands blink in surprise before realizing that everyone in the class – apart from Ron, Hermione, and Harry – doesn't really know who Sirius is.

Remus points to Sirius. "This is my husband, Sirius," he explains as Sirius waved.

The class goes silent for about 10 seconds before Neville speaks up and inquires, "How did you guys meet?"

Sirius took over to answer that question. "We met on the train on our first year, became friends almost immediately along with Harry's dad. Moon- sorry, Professor Lupin –"

"You don't have to call me that, Love", Remus adds, playfully slapping his arm.

"I know," Sirius replied with a grin before he continues. "Yeah so he was extremely quiet but James and I, being the great people we are (Remus: more like annoying), managed to get him to talk to us and we became the marauders."

Remus smiles at the recollection of that day, the first time people actually wanted to talk to him.

The class then erupts into more questions and Sirius is surrounded by a sea of Third Year Gryffindors and Slytherins. He enthusiastically answers every question thrown at him, making jokes and telling anecdotes about their time at Hogwarts.

Remus, on the other hand, just stares at Sirius with admiration, love for his husband growing even more (if that's even possible anymore). About 10 minutes later, Remus realizes that he is a teacher and actually has to teach the students something.

"Okay, okay. Everyone settle down. I'm sure you guys have a lot of questions but right now, we are still in lesson and have to learn about Red Caps, alright? I know you guys have a free lesson tomorrow at the same time as me, so all of you can come here and then ask whatever you want, okay?"

"Okay Professor," the class chorused as everyone returned to their seats.

Sirius walks and sits down at Remus' desk while Remus resumes his class. Everyone seemed more focused and participating by answering questions – most of them correctly.

Once the lesson finishes and the students leave, Remus turns around to face Sirius, walks up to him, and kisses him. Sirius kisses back, pulling a little on the collar of Remus' jumper.

"I didn't know a professor talking about Red Caps and how they can harm people could be sexy. Only you could make this so hot," Sirius says with a smirk once they break the kiss.

Remus, caught off guard, couldn't string any coherent words together. "I- you- wha- shut up..." he replies, burying his face in his hands.

Padfoot laughs, hugging his husband. "Embarrassed are we? You are always the cool one and I'm the flustered mess. How does it feel for the roles to be reversed?"

Remus groans, causing Sirius to burst into laughter again. Moony pushes himself away from his husband and says with a playful glare in his eye, "Oh you are so going down Padfoot."

"Catch me if you can, Moony," and with a cheeky grin, Sirius runs out of the classroom.

"Come back here!", Remus exclaims, running behind him.

As the men chase each other around the hall of Hogwarts just like they did a million times before when they were students, only one thought goes through their minds.

"I love that man with all my life"

A/N: Hey guys! This was suggested months ago and I only got around to writing it. Hopefully, you like it!

On a different note, India has been hit with a big surge of COVID-19 and there are so many problems occurring, from oxygen shortages to hospitals overflowing.
