Gossip Problem

Remus POV:

It was the 5th year. I and Sirius had come out to the other Marauders (and Lily of course) last year. I as Bisexual and him as gay. What we never told them was that we started dating a week after that because we finally understood our feelings. 

Today, we decided to tell them, well only the Marauders, Lily will get to know later. 

So, at night after dinner when it is only us in our dorm, we decide to tell them. I look at Sirius and he nods, urging me to tell. "Um... Guys, we have something to tell you.", I say looking at James and Peter.

"What is it?", James asked.

"So as you know, I am bi and Sirius is gay..."

"The week after we told you, we confessed our feelings for each other and we have been dating in secret for a year now.", Sirius completed for me, taking my hand and squeezing it for support.

"Ha! I knew it! Cough it up, James.", Peter saying. Groaning, James passes Peter 5 Galleons.

Surprised, I asked, "You are ok with it?"

"Of course, we have been waiting for this since the first year!", James answers and we all burst out laughing. 

As we Marauders joke around the entire night, I was ecstatic. I don't know what I have done to deserve best friends (and a boyfriend) like them, but I am glad I did it...

3rd Person POV:

While the four friends were busy with their own business in the night, they did not notice a blonde haired girl with an evil smirk on her face as she has just gotten the biggest gossip of the century...

When the four woke up next morning, James and Peter left earlier for the breakfast and for asking Lily out multiple times.

When Sirius and Remus reached the great hall, everyone's chatting became silent as they were looking at them. 

"Disgusting faggots."

"You don't deserve to live."

"Get out of here!"

As they sat down, Remus had tears in his eyes and asked the other 2 marauders,  "How...?"

"We don't know, we came downstairs and we were bombarded with questions which we didn't answer."

"Someone had to have eavesdropped yesterday."

Remus closed his eyes and hoped for death to come faster.

Lily POV:

When I woke in the morning, Marlene was looking at me with a smug look on her face. "What is it?", I ask her tentatively.

"Oh nothing, just that last night, I found out the biggest news about our friends!"

"What?"

"Sirius and Remus are dating each other! Such faggots, I never knew I was friends with them. That is why I spread the gossip about them. I just thought I would tell you personally.", She replies, ending with a smile.

"You did WHAT!?!", I reply, so angry at her that I could kill her with my bare hands.

Her smile faded a bit as she started, "You are supporting the fags? what is-"

I cut her with my shout of "Petrificus Totalus!", causing her to fall on her back. 

Casting a non-verbal Wingardium Leviosa, I levitate her body towards the great hall. She has to apologize for her stupid actions, not that they will ever forgive her, which is a good thing.

3rd Person POV:

Lily entered the great hall and went straight to were Remus was sitting and cast a Finite on Marlene so she could apologize. 

"Remus and Sirius, I heard about what and I am really sorry. You already know I support you. By the way, McKinnon has something she wants to tell you.", Lily says, growling at the end.

"What!?! Why do I need to apologize to the faggots?! I simply told the world what they needed to know.", McKinnon replied, with an evil smirk.

"If you don't do as I asked, I won't hesitate to kill you.", Lily threatened her wand under McKinnon's neck.

"Ok, ok. I am sorry was spreading the gossip about you two."

When Lily lowered her wand and went to talk to them, McKinnon added, "But honestly, I regret nothing I did."

"You take that-", Lily starts.

"Get out.", Remus says.

"What did the fag say?", McKinnon taunts.

"I said, Get out McKinnon before I do something I regret.", Remus said standing up with his wand raised, his werewolf side on display.

"Fine...", McKinnon says and leaves.

Remus lowers his wand and chokes on his tears, but they flow down his face. Nobody moves, except Sirius. He goes to Remus and hugs him tight. Moony then breaks down on his shoulder, crying and shaking and trembling.

Sirius kisses him on the forehead, mumbling sweet nothings into his ears. Then he takes him back to the dorm. 

Once back, Sirius says, "Remus, it's ok to cry and be sad. No one wanted this out this way. But don't worry, you have me and James and Peter and Lily by your side. We will never leave you."

"Thanks, Siri.", Remus replies, sniffling.

"I love you, Rem."

"I love you too, Siri."

When their friends came to the dorm looking for them, they saw that Remus was sleeping, curled inside Sirius, like Sirius was his protective covering. Smiling they closed the door quietly and walked down to the common room. That is when they understood something.

No matter what, if Remus and Sirius have each other, they will be alright...

A/N: This is very cute for me. Got this idea in the morning and wrote it down.
