You stood on a cliff as you watched the Ace Ops train team RWBY, everyone seemed to be improving at great speed. You weren't trailing behind either. The control over your semblance was incredible and your hand to hand was also improving, with the help of Dr.Polendina and the new gadgets he made for all of you. "Tired already?" You sighed as you laid back on the snow. "Just taking a breather." You commented as general Ironwood chuckled. You huffed before standing to your feet, dusting off any snow you had on you. "Came to check up on us?" You asked as you bent down, going to pick up snow into your hands, molding it into a ball. "More on you then on the rest... Have you made a decision?" You hummed as you tossed the ball up into the air.
"I made my decision pretty early, I was just waiting on the right time, but the answers will have to be no." You paused as you threw the snowball towards Nora. "Who knows what'll happen once the Amity goes up, but I'm sure you'll require me to stay in Atlas. If they go somewhere else I wouldn't be able to help them, so I'll stick with them wherever it may take us I'm sure it'll be the right place." You nodded towards him before sliding down the cliff towards the escalating snowball fight.
_______________________________"Y/N, you taking night patrol with me?" Penny asked as you walked out of your dorm. "Yeah, I wanna try out a new trick I've been working on." You commented as the both of you walked alongside each other. The cold air hit you body making you shiver slightly. "I'll take the northern quadrant." Penny looked at you and you nodded. "I'll keep in contact, see you here at three?" Penny nodded before starting off her engine's and flying off. You sighed as you started walking around, waving and smiling to a few people you got to know during your patrol's. Your ears twitched when you reached an intersection, something felt off about it. Your eyes searched for anything as you continued walking. You paused when you stepped in a pool of blood, huffing out as you narrowed your eyes.
"I'm guessing you're the one killing off the Generals opposers?" You sighed as you reached for your weapon, getting ready for a fight. "I was hoping I'd get to see you again but definitely not like this, Princess" Tyrian sighed as he came out of his hiding place. "I'm going to have to turn you in now." You told him before charging at him. The both of your weapons collided forcing you back a bit. Quickly recovering you moved and swung at his feet, hoping to catch him off guard. "Well it seems you've improved! This means I won't have to go easy on you anymore." He smirked as he flipped onto his hands before landing a few feet away from you, he was clearly enjoying himself at the moment. You huffed as the two of you kept fighting.
"Just give up, you know you can't beat me." He smirked as he had you cornered, your chest rising as you took shallow breaths. "That's not how this works." You huffed as you threw a punch to his jaw line, as he stumbled back you ran towards your blades only to be kicked down. "I really don't want to hurt you, but if you keep getting in my way I might just have to do something you won't enjoy." The two of you glared at each other for a second before you completely rested your body. "What do I have to do for you to leave?" You asked as he finally let you free. "That is not something I can do, even if it was I doubt you would actually go through with it." Tyrian laughed at your poor attempt to get rid of him. "You can always come back to us, the Queen is willing to forgive your past misdeeds against her if you do." You glared as you sat there, not daring to make a move.
"I would never go back willingly... Why are you helping her anyways? Once she has her way she'll discard you, if it wasn't for me you'd probably be in a cell. If she didn't have someone doing her dirty work none of us would be here." You huffed as you finally stood up, coming face to face with the golden eyed male. "I've been spending time, wondering why the grim brought me to that damn wasteland ever since I was a kid. I used to think it was destiny or some crap like that, but my destiny is not to be used as some pawn so that someone else can call the shots. I'm my own boss, and I'll make the decisions I want for myself and if you want to be used then go ahead but I will not go back there." He stood there stunned for a second before his lips curled into a grin.
"I'll be there to prove you wrong my dear princess, and when that day comes I'll have what I want. My work will have been worth it and you and I can talk about it then." The glint in his eye meant nothing but trouble as he extended his hand. It came into contact with your left cheek, his fingers lightly brushing the small scar on your face before he was off. Something about the way he looked at you, and touched you was off. Something in him had changed and you couldn't figure out if it was a good thing or a bad thing. While working with Salem you had your fair share of time spent with the faunus, enough to know that something was up with him now.
