"Y/N you need a break, you can't keep going like this!" Jaune yelled as you kept trudging forward. "We have to! We need to get these people to safety." You let out a grunt as fell on your knees. "The sand is too thick for you to keep going like this, you have to stop." You hesitantly nodded, slowly raising your hand you let out a small blast, letting everyone know to stop moving. "Take your time, the storm doesn't seem like it'll let up anytime soon and everyone seems to need a break." Jaune comforted you as you sat down, holding your head in your hands. "My head hurts like bitch..." You mumbled and shook your head.

"Are you alright Princess?" Tyrian asked as he ran towards you, his arms and tail wrapping around you. "I'd be lying if I said I was..." You groaned as he rubbed your back. "We have a problem guy's... They're starting to get restless. We can't keep going on like this, we were unprepared and have no supplies to last like this!" Oscar huffed as he rushed to the three of you. "Thanks to Y/N we haven't run into any grim but with everyone's uncertainty it'll be sure to keep attracting more." You sighed and let your shoulders slump. "I can activate it while we rest..." You groaned earning you a glare from Tyrian.

"We can have Ren mask a part of us with his semblance, it may not be a lot but it'll help." Oscar nodded as Jaune went off to find Ren. "Close your eyes... Sleep if you need to." Tyrian hummed as he ran his fingers through your hair. "I won't sleep until we get to safety..." You huffed as you tried sitting up only to be stopped by his grip. "Tyrian, let go..." Tyrian simply shook his head and kept you in the same position. "Y/N... You're burning up you can't keep going on like this..." Oscar looked at you worriedly as he touched your forehead. "What's the longest you've used your semblance?" He asked as he slicked your hair back, letting him look over you properly. "Couple minutes... Never too long." You groaned as you tried shifting away.

"You shouldn't have kept it activated for so long, Tyrian go and get Winter. She might be able to help." The faunus nodded and slowly passed you on to Oscar before scattering to find the winter maiden. "How much longer do you think we'll be stuck here?" You questioned as you closed your eyes. "I'm not sure, the storm is letting up though so we'll be able move and get a proper sense of direction." You sighed and sat up by yourself. "Salem's back... It won't take her long to get back on our trail, and then what? We lose another kingdom... If anything we're doing the job for her." You mumbled as your hand lit up in flames. Taking a moment you stared at your hand, watching and studying the flames before putting them out.

"Trust me, I know it's been difficult for all of us but we're still together." You huffed at his comment. "Together but divided. No one trusted Tyrian or Em at first, I was taken in as a prisoner, there's still a conflict on what to do next, and half the people here don't want to be near the faunus." You glared as you took in the side conversations going on around you. "That's true... But there's a common enemy now that everyone knows about. We'll do anything in our power to make sure Salem doesn't win." Oscar smiled as he stood up. "What's wrong here?" Winter asked as she crouched down next to you. "I think it's from overusing her semblance, she's never used it for this long." Oscar explained as a cold feeling came over you.

"She's gone through a lot of physical stress lately, she keeps putting herself on the line knowing she's in the condition she's in." Winter shook her head as she continued cooling you down. "Her body's just reacting to it, she'll be fine after a day or two." You grunted at the thought of being out of commission for more than a day. "How'd you get these?" Winter asked as she looked at the scar on your cheek and stomach. "I got both of them... In flights..." You mumbled as you glanced at Tyrian who was crouched next to you. "I see... I won't pry any further but it is pretty odd, the both of you I mean." Winter sighed. The sound of engine's alerted everyone.

Quickly standing up everyone looked around as light's came into view. "Not something you see everyday is it?" A voice was heard as a door was shut. "I'm Captain Azumane, who's in charge here?" The built man asked as he stepped closer. "Everyone's not her right now but we're part of the ones in charge." Oscar spoke nervously as he eyed the tall male. "Well I'm part of Vacuo military. We noticed something strange on our radars and thought we'd check it out, I wasn't expecting all of this though." He mumbled as his eyes scanned the sea of refugees. "I only have three trucks with me, I'll call for backup and bring more reinforcements soon enough." You let out a sigh of relief at the news.

"Oscar, go and inform the rest. We'll start off with those with medical needs and then go from that, priority one is the injured then children and then everyone else." Oscar nodded and ran off. "Captain, if it's not too much please make sure Y/N here gets the medical attention needed." Your eyes widened as you thrashed around Tyrian's grasp. "Hey, I'm staying back until everyone else has gone!" You yelled earning yourself a light yank back. "You can't possibly be serious Princess, you can't help out in this condition." He sighed as you stopped moving around. "Can't do much there, little lady says she'll stay so she'll stay." Azumane shrugged as people were starting to be escorted onto the giant truck's.

"Make sure she at least stays put, I need to help out." Winter gave Tyrian a light nod before flying off. "Please don't make me sting you again." You chuckled at Tyrian's comment and just let him hold you still. "I can't make any promises... But at least we have a safe way of getting to Vacuo." Tyrian nodded as he began running his hands through your hair. "Soon enough, you'll be able to see my home. I can give you a tour if you wish." Tyrian beamed with excitement. "Yeah, that would be nice." You smiled for the first time in a while and watched as the trucks started driving away with the first group of people.
