You stayed quiet as your hands shook. "Let her know about the agreement, I will inform you of your next task soon enough." Salem walked away, leaving you with the killer. Your eyes were dull as he came closer to you, his hands behind his back as a grin was plastered on his face. "Oh it feels good to be right, even if I wasn't I would've still gone out to find you." His hand brushed the small scar on your cheek. "What do you mean by that..?" You asked, looking into his eyes. His smirk never disappearing as he crouched next to the bed. "I'm excited to inform you that you will be my partner in crime, you see... Somehow, someway..." Your eyebrows furrowed at the faunus, never had you see him struggle so much to speak his mind.

"I have grown a liking to you, my dear Princess, and with the deal I struck with Salem you will be mine, and I promise no harm will come to you while I am by your side." His warm hand pressed against your cheek as you sat there. Your body shook as you tried to hide your laughter. "I knew you were insane but you'd have to be off your rockers to think I would willingly go along with all this crap." You stared him down, fighting the urge to smack his hand away. "Princess, it's not hard to tell you've felt the same! If anything I'm doing both of us a favor... Just think about it, that night in the tent. You enjoyed the feeling of my warmth, the way I held you close, the way my tail wrapped around you. All of our training and time spent together we grew closer." You growled as the memories played across your mind, bringing up lost emotions.

"I would've enjoyed anyone's warmth at that point." You spat making him huff. "Willingly or not, you are to stay by my side at all times. I would highly reconsider your actions from now on... Get ready we'll be awaiting the queen's orders." With that he left and slammed the door to the room. Your eyebrows furrowed as you stood up, stumbling as you tried to find your balance. Going through the drawers you found a bag filled with clothing and other essentials. Taking it you opened a door and walked into the small bathroom, looking for anything else you could use. Your fingers dragged along a small blade you had found, taking it you looked at yourself in the mirror.

You were a mess, dried blood on the side of your head, dirt and blood stains all over your body. Your aura would finish healing you eventually but that still didn't change the fact that you looked like a mess. With a sigh you started running warm water. For the first time in a while you felt something, the warmth of the water made you feel something other than numbness. Your eyes closed as you ran your hands through your hair. A tear went down your cheek as you chocked a sob. "In sorry Ruby... Nora..." Your whole body shook as you clenched your fists. "I should've been stronger... Faster." Your tears continued to flow as you slid down the wall. You couldn't handle it anymore, just as you were discovering yourself you were dragged back into the darkness.

After a few minutes of crying you wiped your face. Your eyebrows furrowed as you realized how weak you were being. You couldn't give up and cry, you had to hold out, to hopefully see the light of day again. To join your friends once more. Standing up you grabbed the blade and stared at it. With a sigh you grabbed a strand of your hair and started cutting. Blood, dirt, and hair went down the drain as you cleaned yourself up.

Drying yourself off you turned off the water and looked through the bag of clothing. Some of the items were a bit old but you would make it work. Putting on the pants you strapped a leather knife holster onto your thigh and fixed your hair. Staring into the broken dirty mirror you couldn't help but chuckle a bit. Staring down at your hands you looked at the chipped nail polish, recalling the night you spent with the girls painting them and joking around. "I'll find a way..." You mumbled as you finished getting dressed. Walking out into the empty hallway.

Walking around you got to the main hall. Everyone was scattered around looking disinterested as they stared at they're scrolls. You sighed as you stood away from everyone else. "Look who's on the broadcast." Tyrian chuckled as he tossed you your scroll. You raised an eyebrow as you opened it. Your eyes widened as Ruby appeared on screen. You quickly shut it and tossed it back, the male laughed as he caught the device. You kept your expression neutral as you placed a hand on your hip. "Just tell me what I need to do so I can get it over with." You sighed and rolled your eyes. "We will await the Queen's orders... But there is something you could do." The manic looked at Salem with excitement, she simply dismissed the both of you.

Tyrian laughed and kicked his legs outward. His excitement could only mean trouble as he made you follow him to a room. Screams echoed in the hallways making your skin crawl, you could imagine the situation they were going through, having been there yourself not to long ago. The closer you got the louder and clearer the screams where. Your fist clenched as you started to recognize the voice. Tyrian opened the door and let you watch as Hazel punched Oscar. "Oscar!" You yelled as you were about to charge in to help him. Tyrian huffed as he held you back, your breathing became heavy as you caught against him. "She shouldn't be here." Hazel spoke as he watched you struggle. You could sense the deeper meaning behind his words making you thrash around even more.

"Let him go!" You yelled as Oscar looked at you in shock. "Y/N! We... We looked for you... Everywhere..." Oscar managed to get out through the pain. "I'll take care of her, make sure he's restrained." Hazel huffed as he started walking over to you. "I'll find a way... Just hold on! Dammit get off of me!" You kept thrashing and yelling as Hazel carried you away from the room. The last thing you saw as you were dragged away was Oscars tired body being chained up.
