Love, Lies and Levi (Levi x Reader)

Chapter 2

~NARRATORS POV

(A/N: Hi so when I put "Narrator POV" it means I will be writing it in "3rd person POV omniscient" so using "he", "she" while still having full access to all the thoughts of the characters. If nothing is written at the top then i'll continue writing it as "2nd person POV" so using "you"... if that makes sense. If it doesn't let me know haha...)

Three titans approached Sasha, Jean and Connie. All of them held on tightly to their steeled blades.

"We should go!" Sasha yelled as she readied herself to jump off the house they stood atop of. "NO!" Jean chimed in, "we should kill them, this is what we trained for." Connie watched as three other titans appeared from behind the ones closer to them.

"WE CAN'T DO THIS!" Sasha yelled, and Connie was quick to agree with her.

The three together barely managed to kill one titan, how could they kill 6?!

"Well we can't just stand here!" Jean shouted.

"Let's run away!" Sasha cried out again.

Finally Jean agreed and they all made a run for it, but they froze as five figures came flying in their direction, all wearing green cloaks.

The three watched as they passed by them using their ODM they could hear them... cheering?

'No... they weren't cheering... wait yes? They were chanting things... were they excited?' Connie thought.

Four made a move for the oncoming Titans, and one headed for the three titans behind them.

Two of them headed to the taller titan, one quickly moved and sliced the titans eyes, blinding it. And the other went for it's nape, successfully cutting it open. The other two went for the smaller ones and with one strike, they sliced through their napes, killing them both.

All four used their gear to head towards another group of titans coming from the other side.

Connie looked up to see what happened to the other three titans that were approaching earlier and they were already gone, killed.

'Who were they?' He thought.

*TIME SKIP*

Levi landed on top of a building next to Erwin. He looked down at him and said, "I didn't expect to see you out here." and turned back to observe the squads struggling and running from titans, and the rookies basically sitting there as free food.

"Well when someone tells me a bunch of rookies are closing up that hole in the wall... it's something I got to see." Levi finally said, while putting away his blades.

Erwin let out a small laugh and pointed around at rookies in front of him, "any potential candidates to join your squad?"

"Tch. They're all pathetic." He turned to see seven titans running to the group of rookies.

'Why don't these idiots just use their gear to escape?' he thought.

Levi watched as one cadet aimed for a wall in attempts to escape but was caught in the hand of a titan. He rolled his eyes and went to go save him but paused seeing four survey corp cloaks gliding in and making their way to the titan.

He recognized the styles of attacking of each of them... It was his squad.

One of them sliced the hand of the titan holding the rookie, making him fall out but was quickly caught by another one of Levi's squad members.

They landed next to Erwin. It was Petra, she laid the rookie down and started to make a splint for his broken leg and arm. "What do you think you're doing here Petra?!" He growled. She quickly stood up the second she heard him. "Captain! I'm sorry but-"

"It was my doing Levi." Erwin interrupted and turned to face him.

"Petra keep helping him." Levi ordered, and walked over to Erwin. "What do you mean this was your doing?"

Erwin turned back to face the rookies still standing there in fear as three of Levi's cadets killed titans one after the other.

Levi started to look around to find a fourth member in the mix but couldn't see her.

"Your squad is the reason those rookies are going to complete the mission of closing up that hole." Erwin said, so calmly.

"They were exhausted. They needed rest." He said now looking harder for the fourth.

"Still doubting her?" Erwin snickered.

Levi ignored his commander's comment. "You know she's fine Levi, stop doubting her skills, she's the strongest one in your squad. In fact she's probably the strongest one in the survey corps after you."

"Tch." He let out, knowing he was right... but still... Levi knew she needed rest.

'Where the fuck is that idiot? Did she stay behind?' He thought.

"OLUO!" Petra yelled!

Levi turned to see him in one of the titans mouths. He pulled out his blades and started to run to save his squad member but stopped seeing as someone beat him to it.

She sliced the mouth open and Oluo fell out but was quickly caught mid air. She swung towards Levi and threw Oluo next to Petra, who ran to him to check if he was alright.

Levi turned to see Erwin smiling at (Y/n), practically mesmerized by her.

She moved so quickly back to the titan. She went low slicing the back of it's heels, making it fall to it's knees. She then sliced open it's nape killing it.

Two more titans approached her but she was quick to use her gear and within a blink of an eye one had two of her blades buried in its eyes and the other fell as its nape was sliced open. Now in the air she spun down to the blind titan and went for it's nape.

"YES (Y/N)!" Oluo cheered, but quickly covered his mouth as his captain glared at him.

She landed on a building further from them where the rest of the squad stood. They were all staring at something and the floor suddenly shook violently and all that could be seen was a titan carrying a huge boulder over its head.

What the fuck is going on? Levi thought.

A/N: Hiiii so yay finally Levi appeared and you got a glimpse of how bad ass YOU are!!! I hope this is making sense so far. It's probably still a little slow but every story starts off pretty slow right???
