Chapter 5: Flashback PT:1

You woke up to the sun shining right on your face. Levi's arm was draped over your abdomen, his face nuzzled in the back of your neck, and your legs intertwined.

You groaned at the sun practically blinding you and you pulled the sheet over you to cover your face. You felt Levi's grip tighten around your body and his soft lips pressed against the back of your neck.

"Mm, morning." You hummed and turned to face him. You really didn't notice how sore you were until you moved.

You looked up to see Levi's eyes were closed and you giggled a little. "Why are you laughing?" He asked, his eyes still closed. "I know you've been awake for a while, why keep your eyes shut?" You moved up to give him a quick kiss, but he pulled you up and over him so you were straddling him.

"Ow wait," you sat upright, your hands on his chest as his rested on your hips, "I'm going to have to skip on our daily morning sex today, I'm still sore." You saw a smirk build on his face. "Probably from all the stupid cleaning you made me do yesterday." You smiled seeing as his smirk disappeared.

You both turned as you heard a knock on the door, you slid off the bed pulling the sheets off of it and Levi and wrapped yourself in it, to cover yourself.

"Woah (Y/n)!" You laughed as Levi jolted to grab a pillow to cover himself as you rushed to open the door.

"Oh.." Erwin cleared his throat seeing you just covered with a white sheet, "good morning, cadet."

"Morning commander." You smiled.

"I'm just gonna assume it's best if I just stay out here." He chuckled nervously.

"Probably for the best."

"Well anyways I need to see both you and Captain Levi later in my office to discuss the future expedition and about the squad... and about that titan kid."

"We'll be there." You smiled and started to close the door slowly.

You walked back to the bed and sat on it, as Levi grabbed the blanket covering himself again. "So Erwin is here."

"I heard." He said, he sounded annoyed with you, probably because you left him with just a pillow to cover up.

"Well, I'm going to go down to that Jaeger boy and make sure Hanjie doesn't completely break him." He still doesn't answer you so you grabbed your pillow and smacked his head with it.

His eyes widened, completely shocked at what you did. "Listen asshole! When I talk to you don't ignore me!" You got up to go shower but gasped as you were thrown over his shoulder and he headed to the shower with you.

"Ah! PUT ME DOWN LEVI." But you gave up as you heard his low chuckle.

*Down in the cellar*

You sat on the other side of the cell waiting for Eren to wake up. He looked rough, exhausted, Hanjie hasn't even done anything on him yet, so why does he look like this?

You looked up as you heard him groan and rub the back of his head. "You alright?" You asked as he looked at you.

"Yeah, it's just that this bed is very uncomfortable." He sat up straight, his back against the wall. "Is that woman here?"

"Not yet, but I can't let you out just yet, not until Commander Erwin comes down." You pushed a plate of food through the cell for him. He got up to grab it and thanked you.

You sat there and watched as he ate his food.

"So what made you join the survey corps?" He asked you.
