You sat back in the chair and Erwin had his hand pressed against his forehead.

"How late?" He asked.

"Almost two weeks now sir." You answered, sulking in your chair.

"Well, you know I can't have you on this expedition if you are with child, right?"

"No please sir, I have to, I was doing just fine in training, I'll be okay-"

"No." He interrupted and stood, "I won't take the risk, even if you don't die all that moving could harm it."

You let out a small whimper, you couldn't believe you had to sit out on your first expedition as Captain and probably for many more if you really are pregnant.

"I did warn you two that this was a risk that could happen when I permitted you to be together." He said, walking around the desk.

"I know, sir." A tear now rolled down the side of your cheek.

"Are you going to tell him?" He asked.

"Or are you going to take a trip to the infirmary?" Your eyes looked up at Erwin, you didn't even think of that, you could get rid of it before anyone found out. Besides you weren't ready to be a mother and it would be unfair to it if you wouldn't be able to care and provide for it with how much is going on in the world.

"I didn't think about that." You said softly.

"Well have you guys talked about having kids?" He asked.

"Yes," you looked down as you played with your fingers, "but we promised we wouldn't until we felt the world was a safe place for them."

"Them? You guys want many?" Erwin seemed surprised.

"We want two. So the other one wouldn't get lonely." And you chuckled at Erwin slightly laughing.

"Well, that's ideal, maybe you should take a visit to the infirmary just to check if you really are pregnant and if you are then have a talk with Levi. If you're not then come back so we can talk about what you'll be doing in the expedition."

"Thank you sir." You stood and walked out.

Should you go to the infirmary now? No, people would ask questions seeing you in there.

Maybe you should go later at night when less people show up and those in there are already asleep.

Wait no, you should find out sooner so if you're not you can be a part of the expedition coming up in two days.

You finally decided and made your way to the infirmary before you could walk in you were stopped by Ava.

"Hey where are you going?"

"Oh, um I just need to ask the nurses a few questions." You lied and it seemed like she saw right through you.

"Well that can wait. I need to talk to you about something, let's go grab a bite."

"No wait!" You ripped your arm away from her and she looked at you in shock. "I have to go now, to talk to the nurse."

"What's going on?" She asked.

"N- nothing." And she stepped closer to you.

"You're about to cry, is everything okay?" Damn her for asking that! Your eyes began to water and you began to cry in her shirt. You felt her wrap her arms around you as she stroked your hair.
