I let out a sigh as I followed behind Obi-wan. He had contacted me a few days ago and told me that my old friend had been captured.
It had been nearly five years since I had felt his turn to the dark side and I still felt the sting of betrayal of seeing my once good friend turn to the dark side.
"He is in here." Obi-wan said softly.
I nodded my head and onto the room. I saw Dooku cuffed to a table.
"I must say, I hadn't expected them to send for you." He said as he looked up at me.
"Well I was the closest to you."
"In more ways than one." He said sadly.
"What happen? Why did you betray the order you once loved so much?" I asked sadly.
"The order... what has the order ever done for me, except cause me pain and misery."
"Did I cause you pain?"
"The only pain I got from you... was when you wouldn't leave with me." He said calmly.
"Had I left with you... would you have still turned?"
He looked away and I set down.
"Dooku... what happen?"
"I lost everything, I lost you... and then-." He stopped and listed away.
"Then Qui-gon." I said softly.
He looked up at his name and I gently squeezed his hand.
"My love you have never lost me. I have always been here." I said softly.
I gently touched his face and he let out a sigh.
"Come back to me." I whispered softly.
He opened his eyes and I sent him a gentle smile.
"Palpatine is the sith lord." He said softly.
"Thank you." I said as I pecked his lips.
Time skip
I let out a laugh as I watched my daughter try to run from her father.
"(D/n)! It's bath time!" Dooku yelled with a groan.
"Oh let her play a little longer." I said softly.
"Tell me, why did we adopt again?"
"Because someone wanted kids." I said as he pecked my lips.
"Yes you did, didn't you?"
I rolled my eyes and smiled as he left to catch our daughter.
