casey is really cool! she likes surfing and is seventeen. kendall is quieter, paler, and seems to already have a thing for jj. she growled at kie.
jackson has already fallen asleep in jj's arm, and kendall rushes to sit beside him. weird af.
i sit down beside kie and whisper, "that bitch is crazy." she nods, and casey is joking with pope, her brown messy bun wobbling on her head. casey has tan skin with freckles on her arms and face, along with piercing blue eyes. she's super pretty, and easy to get along with.
once we all finish eating, we talk in separate conversations, jj, kiara, and i in one, and pope, casey, and john b in the other. "we need to go to the courthouse and legally adopt him. we need his vaccination records, too," kie reasons, looking at jackson. she smiles. john b leans over in his seat, sticking his head inside our conversation, smiling. "you guys wanna go surfing?" he inquires. "hell yeah!" kie bubbles, smiling wide. "let's do it!" i say, standing up. "sure," jj whispers, softly standing up. "i have extra swimsuits! girls, follow me. jj, pit jackson's rash guard and swim trunks on." kiara stands up, and kendall, casey, and i follow her into her room.
kiara digs in her closet to choose a lilac bikini, and i get my white striped one i left from the last summer. i guess kie got it from her parents' house.
casey picks out a tie-dye orange one that has boy shorts instead of a bikini bottom.
kendall chooses one of kie's one piece swimsuits. "sarah, i'll change in the bathroom. kendall, casey, there is another bathroom down the hall, second room on the left." kiara holds her shorts, pointing at the door.
"alrighty! thanks," casey jumps, and kendall nods her head in thanks. the two sisters walk out of the room, and kiara walks into the bathroom.
i slip off my borrowed shorts and tank top and put on my swimsuit. i grab one of kiara's several hair ties and pull my hair into a messy bun.
kiara and i come out of the bathroom, and she grabs her wax for her board.
