We had been in had been in Rjukan for three weeks and no one in the town wanted to talk about the heavy water factory because of the fear they had of the person they called the red skull. I assumed it was Schmidt but I couldn't figure out why. I had made contact with the Norwegian underground and had helped them on a number of their missions from blowing up a railway to taking control of the food distribution so that the people in the city could eat. But we just couldn't infiltrate Vemork.

"This is useless," I sighed walking into the cottage that Logan and I had set up as our base, as I dusted the snow that had fallen off my coat.

"Don't give up, we will find something," he told me, taking my coat from me and hanging it on a rack.

I flopped down on to the lounge and kicked off my boots, finally feeling comfortable now that I wasn't in so many layers. While staying in Norway the cold had started bothering me even less. It was like being in the home of the Norse myths had made my powers even stronger somehow.

"You keeps say that but we never do."

Just as Logan was going to say something the door flew open with so much force it startled the two of us. Looking up I saw that Sargent Williams and Kris from the underground were standing in the doorway.

"What's wrong?" Logan asked, helping them in and shutting the door behind them.

"Some of the men have made a big mistake," Kris told us in his strong Norwegian accent.

"A few of the men went to take on the Hydra forces on their own and took some of the men from the underground with them. We have just received the news that they have been captured," Williams finished.

I pulled my boots back on and walked over to grab my leather jacket and gun belt.

"Well, let's go get them."

An hour later the four of us were lying on the top of a hill that over looked the heavy water factory that held a dozen of our men

An hour later the four of us were lying on the top of a hill that over looked the heavy water factory that held a dozen of our men. Williams had a pair of binoculars and was watching what was happening in the going on in the grounds surrounding the heavy water factory.
