Yakko's First Date Ideas

~Yakko's POV~

(The next day)

*September 25th*

Today was Friday and I was making breakfast for my siblings. I was making grilled cheese sandwiches with honey glazed turkey breast. After I've set the table, I took out a bell. "Sibs! Time to eat!" I said as I rang the bell.

"Coming!" Wakko said as he happily walked to the table and sat down to eat his sandwich.

"Looks like you had a good time last night." Dot smiled and sat at the table to eat her sandwich too.

"I'll say. You couldn't stop smiling. Even in your sleep. Spill the deets." I smiled and sat down to eat mine.

"My god last night was amazing." he chuckled to himself. "We had the picnic, it was so yummy. And Aqua showed me her mermaid tail, it was so beautiful!" he drank his juice. "And then we went swimming with the dolphins and..."

"And?" Dot and I leaned forward.

He blushed and chuckled. "I... had my first kiss with her."

"Aww~!" Dot squealed. "How did it feel? Did you kiss her or did she kiss you?"

"She kissed me. And it felt really nice and warm. Pressing my lips with her lips. They were so soft and warm. And it tasted like watermelon lipgloss." he licked his lips. "I loved it."

"Ha. I knew you would do it!" Dot said.

I chuckled. "What do ya know? My little brother is no longer little." I gave him a fist bump. "Congratulations on your first kiss bro."

"Thanks bro." Wakko wagged his tail.

I smiled and took out the book that Aqua gave me earlier last week. I was reading out which idea would be best for me and Rachel because last night before Wakko was out on his date, I asked Rachel out on a date with me. "Hmm..."

"Still looking at the book bro?" Dot said as she finished her sandwich and juice.

"Yep. I wanna make the first date perfect with Rachel and I."

"Well, I could give you a few tips." Wakko said.

"Yeah. Since your date went swimmingly." I laughed. "Get it?"

"I get it." he chuckled back.

Just then, there was a knock on the door. "Hmm, who is it at this time?" I got up. "Who is it?" I asked.

"It's Aqua." she spoke.

"Oh I forgot." I blushed. "Wakko, your girlfriend's here." I told him.

"My girlfriend!" Wakko zoomed to the door and opens it. "Aqua!" he jumped on her and she hugs him.

She giggled. "Hey love." she kisses his cheek. "Mwah~"

"Faboo~!" Wakko chuckled to himself while wagging his tail. "So babe, what are you doing here so early?" he asked her.

"I'm here to help out Yakko with his first date."

"Ooh~" Dot smirked. "Trying so hard to impress Rachel~?"

I blushed red. "No! I mean yeah. I mean doh!"

"It's okay Dot. I'm gonna help him out with a successful first date. Just like you've helped Wakko in last night's first date." she smiled.

"It was the best date." Wakko wagged his tail as hearts flew over his head.

"That was your first date though bro." I told him.

"Now then. Have you thought about what you're going to do with her?" she asked me as she came inside and sat on the couch while Wakko was cuddling her on her lap.

"Well, I was thinking of taking her out dancing, to a bento box picnic, or taking her out ice skating."

"No no no no!" she shook her head.

"Can you do that no no no thing again?" Wakko asked her.

"No no no no!"

"I love that~!" Wakko chuckled.

"Anyway. No ice skating for her. She doesn't like the cold period."

"Why not?" I asked her.

"She could turn to stone."

"Ohh I forgot. So I'll make sure to bring her somewhere that's dry and warm for her needs."

"Well, let's see..." Aqua started thinking while she was still cuddling Wakko. "Blue moon ice cream, crafting, fashioning clothes..."

"Uhh hmm..." I waited for her to respond to me.

"I know! Maybe you can take her to a hot spring. She loves really hot water."

"Oh yeah. When I asked her how hot she likes it, she said a volcano."

"Trust me. That's how hot she loves it."

"Okay. So I'll take her to a hot spring spa that's somewhere in Los Angeles."

"She'll love it."

"You think so?"

"I know so. She'll think you're the best boyfriend ever. And I believe that you'll make her happy."

"Thanks for believing in me Aqua."

"Of course. Maybe you'll get your first kiss from her too." she smiled as she was petting Wakko's ears.

I blushed badly and start imagining me kissing her. "Oh god."

Wakko laughed at me. "I know you're going to do great bro. Just like you've helped me." he said as he was wagging his tail.

"Yeah. Maybe. But what should I wear?" I said as I looked around my body.

"Hmm... well you're going to a hot spring spa. So I think you should stay just like that." Dot said as she was washing the morning dishes.

"I agree with Dottie." Aqua said.

"Hey! You know you're not supposed to say that name!" Dot said as she took out her mallet.

"Whoa whoa okay okay!" Aqua raised her arms up. "Damn I knew I should've listened to Rachel that night of the party. What happens if we call you that name?"

"Call me Dottie and you die."

"You don't wanna say that name." I said.

"Okay. But I still think it's a cute name. It would be a nickname for you." Aqua said as she calmed down.

"I know but it's just Dot. Just Dot." Dot said as she puts it away and dries the dishes.

"Okay." she nodded. "So as I was saying, you should be fine with your usual garments. And pack a bag for your towel and your swimming trunks."

"Okay Aqua thanks for helping me." I smiled lightly.

"It's my pleasure." she smiled and looked at her watch. "Oh my. I better get to work now. Doctor Scratchensniff wants me to help out Pinky and the Brain with their problems. They're saying something about taking over the world?"

I chuckled. "Okay Aqua. See you later."

"Bye guys." she got up. "Bye love." she said as she leaned in to kiss Wakko on his lips. "Mwah~"

"Mwah~" Wakko chuckled as he pulled away with a red face and a bent heart shaped tail. "Bye love~"

"Bye Wakko." she waved to him. "See you later." she said to him and went out the door.

"You're very lucky bro."

"I know right~!" he jumped on the couch and hugs the pillow while he had hearts over his head.

I chuckled. "You're really something bro." I said as I pet the top of his and started thinking about tonight's date with Rachel. Hoping that it would be a perfect date which will score me a kiss.
