Bun In The Oven!

(1 week later...)

*January 27th*

As I was waiting for Wakko to come home from band practice, I was at home with everyone else. I was reading books with Yakko and Dot until I felt something at my stomach. "Uh oh..." I held it in place.

"What's wrong Aqua?" Dot looked at me worried.

"Are you okay?" Yakko looked at me as well.

I felt something bubbly at my stomach and then felt something coming up my esophagus. "Oh man, I think I'm gonna..!" I covered my mouth and got up quick to run into the bathroom. After I made it there, I started throwing up barf in the toilet.

Dot ran in and got a hold of my hair. "My god! What's wrong?!"

"Aqua are you okay?" Yakko ran in too.

I coughed out the last of the bile and wiped my mouth. "Phew..." I panted out. "I-I'm okay guys. It's just a little bit of morning sickness."

"But it's the afternoon." Dot said as she helps me off the ground. "You look tired."

"I can see those bags under your eyes." Yakko said. "I'll go get Rachel." he said as he went to the room to get her.

"Umm Dot?" I looked at her.

"Yeah Aqua?" she asked me.

"I might need your help."

"Help with what?" she tilted her head.

"I want you to get me some things in the supermarket." I said as I started to explain to her.

~Wakko's POV~

(Hours later...)

After I got off of the bus, I went straight to Aqua's house. "Honey, I'm home!" I called out to her, but there we no answer. "Baby?" I looked around to see that no one was there.

"Oh, hey bro. Welcome back." Yakko said as he appeared with Rakko, asleep in his arms.

"Hey big brother. Where's Aqua?"

"She's on the couch resting."

"Aww she is?"

"Yeah. But later on she says that she's giving us a treat. Right now, she's baking it in the oven."

"What is it?" I said as I looked into the kitchen.

"I'm not sure. But she told us not to peek."

"Okay. I guess she wants to surprise us with cake."

"Maybe. But I don't smell anything from cake."

"You know what? I'm not gonna peek inside. No eavesdropping like the first time I did back when I was a kid toon."

"When you found out Aqua's mermaid secret?" he smirked at me.

"Hey look, I was young back there okay?" I crossed my arms. "This time I've changed."

He chuckled. "I know. And I began to notice that you're getting pretty mature."

"Really?"

"Yeah." he laid a hand on my shoulder. "I'm glad that you're growing up Wakko. And I'm proud of ya."

I smiled and wagged my tail at him. "Thanks bro."

"Anytime."

~Aqua's POV~

I yawned after I woke up from my nap in the living room. I sat up to see Dot and Rachel there by my side. "Hey girls." I said tiredly.

"Hey sis. You okay?" Rachel rubbed my hand.
