~Aqua's POV~

As Wakko was feeling better from those feelings a bit, I was still hugging him. Just then I felt him go on top of me. "Huh? Are you trying to get on my lap?"

"I-I love you so much Aqua." he said and he started to kiss my lips.

"M-Mmm~" I kissed back and blushed lightly as he was on top of me kissing me. I felt his hand slowly pinning my wrists down like earlier.

"Hmm~" he moaned and slide his tongue inside of my mouth.

I was blushing a super red color since I was now kissing Wakko as an adult. I wasn't sure that if I should hold back or something, but we continued making out to our own time. As we were making out, he managed to get his hand on my tail and started rubbing it. I pulled back from the tongue kiss and let out a small loud moan which made me feel pretty embarrassed.

"D-Damn that's hot~" he chuckled and started yawning.

"You look tired. You should get some rest."

"Okay..." he said as he laid his head down on my chest as he was still on top of my body.

As I was letting him rest on me, I looked at his face realizing that he was getting pale. Then his body temperature was getting hot. "Oh no. Wakko? Wakko, wake up." I shook him but he didn't respond to me.

"Mmm..." he groaned and gripped onto the bedsheets.

"Wakko! I better call for help." I said as I was getting worried about my boyfriend's health.

~Yakko's POV~

I was in the kitchen making, well attempting to make breakfast with Rachel. I couldn't believe that Pinky and the Brain made me and my sibs into grown ups! I just wished that I was given a warning before being kidnapped or something. But everything that's been a blur to me was really happening. I looked at my girlfriend and with her around, I was feeling a mixture of feelings that I've never felt before.

"Are you okay Yakko?" Rachel asked me which made me snap out of it.

"Y-Yeah." I chuckled nervously. "Feeling peachy."

"Usually the girls say that."

"They do? Oh." I blushed lightly and looked away.

"Yeah." she giggled.

"Yakko! Sis! Help!" Aqua called out.

My ears wiggled as I heard my name. "Uh oh. That doesn't sound good."

"We should go check."

I nodded and ran upstairs to Aqua's room and barged in. "Aqua what's wrong?" I looked to see that Wakko was on top of her. I looked at the readers and blew a kiss at them. "Goodnight everybody."

"Yakko, stop doing that. The readers are trying to read. And there's no time for your jokes. Your brother isn't feeling well." she said as she was rubbing his back.

"Oh no. Is he sick?" Rachel said as he helped put Wakko on the pillows and off of Aqua.

"I think he is." Aqua sat up. "He started growing pale and I'm getting worried." she took out her medical bag and started feeling around. "He started burning up too."

"Mmm..." Wakko groaned.

I sat down on the edge of the bed next to him while rubbing his back. "Wakko, are you okay?"

"Uhh..." Wakko held his stomach in.

"Hold on. I'll be right back." Rachel said as she went out.

"Maybe his stomach hurts..?" I asked Aqua.

"He's holding his stomach. Maybe it's a stomach ache." she said. "Please be okay baby." she told him and kissed the top of his forehead.

"Okay I'm back." Rachel said as she came in with a loaf of bread and a bowl of chicken broth soup.

"You know, now that I think about it... he hasn't been eating lately." she said as she puts her hand over her mouth, ready to cry.

"A-Aqua, p-please calm down." I told her shakily. "Y-You shouldn't stress yourself. It's n-no good for your anxiety. You could get another p-panic attack." I rubbed her hand as Rachel gave her the bread.

"O-Okay. I-I'll try." she said as she started feeding Wakko pieces of the bread and he was eating them.

"Oh good. He's eating. He looks kind of small to me for his size." Rachel said.

"He's getting pretty skinny." I said and held his hand, trying to pull it together as the bad memories were starting to come back to me.

"And he's been like this..?" Aqua trembles.

"Hey sis calm down. I've seen cases like this before. But this is a little different since they were forced to be grown up. Their bodies haven't been processed of food that should agree with them. Like for a kid, some foods will help them but others just make them sick."

I took Aqua's hand again and rubbed it. "It'll take a bit more time for Wakko to recover. So set yourself at ease and keep doing your job as a doctor as much as possible. I believe in you that your job as Wakko's girlfriend and our special friend will be accomplished." I told her as I pet her head.

"Okay. I'll do my very best to take care of him." she said as she kept feeding the bread to Wakko.

I smiled warmly knowing that Aqua will take very good care of my brother. I looked at Rachel and hugged her. "Thanks Rachel."

"You're welcome. It was a lucky thing that you told me the story that when you guys were locked up in the tower. When you guys had no more food and the only way to feed Wakko was to make jokes with pie."

I hugged her tighter. "Yes I did. It feels like yesterday was the day I thought I would lose him. Dot and I thought that he was suffering from cabin fever. So in order to get some laughs, Dot would throw some pies at me so we could get money and buy the food we need in order to feed Wakko and ourselves."

"Yeah. And after so long too. The way that you told me was that if he doesn't eat enough, he can get sick like this. Right?"

"R-Right..." I stuttered as I felt my face hot and tears were welding onto my eyes.

"Yakko, come here." Rachel said as she made me nestle onto her.

"This is so upsetting... I don't want to lose him..." I said that in tears. I started crying right onto her chest because the way my brother was made me lose it. I was afraid that I was going to lose him like the time I almost did back in the past.
