Tip Toes

~Aqua's POV~

(5 days later...)

*October 16th*

It was the 5th night I was to stay away from work since I was still desperate this past week. But so far, everyone has taken very good care of me. Especially Wakko. One night, we were all walking down the block as we were dressed up. I looked at my boyfriend, "Baby, where are we going?"

"We're going dancing."

"Ohh, is that why you've asked me to put on one of my new outfits you picked out for me?"

"Yep. You're gonna have a great time."

"I think I already am." I smiled as I looked down at a sky blue dress that he picked out for me during the days he took care of me.

"Good. But babe, why did you want to wear toe socks with it?" he asked me.

"Well, umm..." I blushed. "Because I would dance better in socks. Is that okay?" I asked him.

"Whatever is in your comfort zone baby."

"Thanks." I wagged my tail. As we were walking, I looked at the neon sign that said, 'Dance Club' on it. "Whoa."

"I know right?" Rachel smiled.

"I've never went dancing before. Well with us being ninjas and all."

"Neither have I. But something tells me that we're gonna have a great time."

"I think you're right sis." I wagged my tail in excitement.

He smiled as he opened the door. "Ladies first."

I giggled as I went inside with Rachel and Dot inside. The boys followed right behind us. As I saw the flashing lights, I was amazed to see many cartoons drinking and dancing on the dance floor. "Wow!"

"Great party huh sis?" Rachel smiled.

"This is amazing!"

"You're gonna love it." Dot smiled as she started dancing with a group of boys.

"Oh boy." Yakko chuckled. "At this rate my sister is gonna bring back a boyfriend."

"You don't know that babe." Rachel told him as she winked at him. "Now let's dance."

"Okay." he winked back at her and took her hand as they started dancing away from us.

I blushed to see that Wakko and I were the last ones to dance. "U-Umm..."

"Come on baby, let's dance." he held his hand out to me.

"Okay." I said. As I was about to take his hand, one of the spotlights was shining at the 2 of us.

"Hey guys!" Rachel said as she was on the stage with a microphone. "I got this cute couple that would like to dance for us! So let's show them some love tonight because I don't think they don't get out much."

"Okay guys let's dance to this beat!" Yakko said as there was a very familiar track on.

"Party in the Ipanema baby~" Dot said.

(I'm pretty sure everyone should know this song. 😉)

As the drums started, the music began and everybody was dancing. And I saw Wakko dancing to that beat too. I giggled at the way he was dancing. Then I started dancing the samba with him.

"Wow you're good at it babe." Wakko said as he was attempting to dance the samba with me.

"Really?" I smiled.

"Yeah." Wakko smiled. "I think I may need help."

"Okay. Follow my steps." I smiled and showed him the steps. We were both dancing at the same wavelength. We both laughed as we were having a great time dancing.

~Wakko's POV~

As we were dancing, I saw Rachel flying over us. I looked up at her as I was still dancing. "Huh?"

"Wakko! Go to the stage!" she told me.

"Uhh okay!" I said and made Aqua dance through the crowd as the music was still playing. As we made it to the stage, the crowd was going wild as we both danced on the stage.

"My god~!" Aqua laughed.

At the right moment, I twirled her around and she started doing a solo dance as the female singer was singing those lines. She was singing those lyrics as well. I was amazed to see my love dancing in a graceful dance. And then I began to notice that she was dancing with her tip toes. As she was finished with her solo dance she twirled back to me.

"Wow." my eyes sparkled.

She giggled. "Did you like it?"

"I-I loved it!"

"Even if you saw my little condition?"

"Condition?" I got a bit worried.

"Well, you're looking at it." she pointed down.

I looked down to see that she was still on her tip toes. "Oh, why are you on your toes?"

"Well, my sister thinks that I'm on my toes a lot because I may have a removed heel. I can't always have my bare feet flat. So I sometimes wear heels or socks to help them out a bit."

"So that explains why you're always wearing heels and toe socks.

"Yeah. It doesn't bother you?"

"No. Not at all. So do you like having this condition?"

"Well... having tip toes around help me from time to time. Like when I need to get something from a shelf without the help of a ladder."

"That's pretty useful." I smiled. "Even with a tip toe condition, I'll still love you all the same." I held her hands and kissed them.

"Thanks Wakko. Wanna keep dancing?"

"Of course, my ballerina."

She giggled at the nickname I gave her. "I like it."

"I'm glad you do." I smiled and brought her back out on the dance floor.

(A few hours later...)

When we made it home, Aqua and I were still dancing. Even though the party was over back at the dance club. I laughed softly as I started to slow dance with her in my arms. "Mmm~! I love you so much~!"

She giggled and hugged me back. "I love you too Wakko." she nuzzled me. "I think I'm ready to call it a night. My tootsies kinda hurt a bit after all this dancing with you."

"Okay love." I picked her up in my arms.

"Ooh." she giggled and held onto me.

I brought her to our bed and laid her down first. That's right, I said our bed. But anyway, I took off her toe socks and started to gently massaging her feet. "How's that love?"

"Mmm, it feels really good baby." she wagged her tail.

"That's good. Tonight was a great night. I think I'm in even more love with you." I swayed my tail back and forth.

"Me too Wakko. You're a good boy. My good boii."

"I'm your good boii?"

"Yes. My Good Boii."

"Thank you." I smiled more and kept massaging her feet until she fell asleep. I cuddled up next to her and wrapped her with the blanket while I placed her head on my chest. I sighed sweetly and fell asleep peacefully.
