Grown Up?

~Rachel's POV~

This was a disaster! Those mice were there, the kids we loved are being transformed, and my sister was in a real pinch here! I growled loudly and felt the darkness coming up to me. "I'll be back sis..." I said as I gave her a paper bag.

"S-Sis..." she said as she was trying to get her air from the bag. "D-Don't go..." she coughed a bit.

But I unfurled my wings and flew on over to Pinky and the Brain. "How dare you do this to them?!" I said angrily as my fangs grew longer.

"Uhh B-Brain..." Pinky shivered as he was backing up.

"You don't scare me." Brain said as he pointed his laser gun at me, but I swiped it away using my wing.

"Brain..." Pinky shivered more, but he lost his footing and fell on a button that says 'Grow Up' on it.

I looked down to see if the kids were out of that cursed machine. And they were, I looked back at Brain. "I'll deal with you later." I said as I flew down and landed on my feet.

~Yakko's POV~

The last thing I remembered was seeing the scared looks of Rachel that I know and love. But after we were pulled into the machine, we were in pain. After I felt the pain stop, I groaned and opened my eyes to see Rachel. She was there, but she was surrounded by a dark void. I gasped and tried to get up, but I fell back down due to the pain. "R-Rach..." I reached out to her.

I gasped to find out something. 'My voice, it sounds a tiny bit lower than usual. What's going on?' I thought to myself and saw my hands. They were a bit bigger and my arms were longer. I looked at my feet and my legs as well. "Rachel? What happened?"

All she did was got on her knees and the void surrounding her vanished. "Y-Yakko... you're... you're..." she started and then hugged me tight while she started crying a storm. "Thank god you're okay!"

"Shh baby, it's okay. I'm okay." I hugged her while I was rubbing her back. But it felt so weird, I didn't know what was wrong with me. I looked back and gasped to see that Wakko and Dot were different too. "Wakko, Dot, wake up!"

"Uhh... what happened..?" Dot shook her head and rubbed her eyes. "Huh?! Bro! Look at you!"

"I know right?! Wakko look at yourself!"

"Wha..?" Wakko looked down and gasped. "What in gookie's name?! I'm bigger! And my voice is deeper too!"

"What happened to us?!" Dot asked.

Rachel sniffles and wiped her tears. "T-That machine made you guys grown up."

"What? Grown up? As in... we're your age now?" I asked.

"Y-Yes."

"My god." I covered my mouth.

"Wait! If you're here, where's..." Wakko looked around and he eventually found Aqua who was in pretty bad shape. "Oh no! Baby!" he gasped and frantically got up, but he fell back down due to the pain during the transformation. "She needs... me!"

"But the Brain destroyed her anxiety pump!" Rachel was worried.

"Bro, your bag!" I told him.

"Hurry!"

Wakko had his gaggy baggy and looked quickly. "No no no... aha!" he pulled out the extra pump that Aqua must've given to him just in case. "I'm coming baby hold on!" he said as he crawled to her.

Just as he was going to give her the medicine, the ground started to shake. Then some debris from the ceiling was coming down. "Oh no, what's going on?!"

"My machine! Pinky look what you've done!" Brain smacked the death out of Pinky.

Pinky laughed. "Narf."

"It must've been malfunctioned after Pinky pressed that button. He must've pushed a self destruct button by accident! It's gonna blow! We need to get everyone out of here now!" Rachel panicked.

"But we're still in pain babe." I said.

"I-I'll d-do it..." I looked back to see that Aqua was still in pain but she morphed into a giant wolf and got down. "H-Hurry g-guys..."

"You heard her, let's go!" Rachel said in a worried tone and helped us get on her back. Then she grabbed Pinky and Brain. "You two are coming with me." she glared at them.

"Let me go!" Brain struggled.

"Never. Once we save you, you're going to cartoon jail." she growled at them and gripped her hand at them, as if she was going to squeeze the living life out of them. "Now let's go!" she said as she flew the path while Aqua ran closely behind while she was still having her panic effect.

"Hurry!" I said as I held onto my sibs tightly and the building was starting to collapse.

"I-I'm t-trying..." Aqua coughed and wheezed a bit.

"I see the light! Come on!" Rachel flew out.

"We made it!" I said as Aqua helped us escape in time. As we were out of the lab, the machine did the effect and exploded inside which made the lab collapse on itself and we watched as the lab was finally brought down.

Dot tapped me. "I heard the Poe Poe and firefighters!"

"I wouldn't have gotten away with this if it weren't for you meddling kids and your dumb wolves!" Brain struggled.

"Oh shut your pie hole rat." Rachel growled at them and she threw them in a cage. "You're lucky that I didn't eat you."

"Ahh..." Aqua collapsed while we were still on top of her.

"Oh no!" I got off of her.

"Aqua!" Dot cried out and got off to her.

"Sis!" Rachel got to her.

"Doctor!" Pinky cried out too.

"Baby!" Wakko got down. "Please take this baby." Wakko said as he pumped the medicine into her mouth and she breathed it in.

"Mmm..." she started to stir and woke up. "W-Wakko..?"

"She's okay!" he cried and hugged her face.

"Wakko. You're alive and grown up too? Oh well, I'm just so happy you're alright." she used her tail to embrace him.

"Thank goodness!" Dot smiled.

Rachel sniffled and started to cry in happiness and hugged me. I hugged her back, telling her that everything was going to be okay. When the authorities arrived, Pinky and the Brain were taken away to prison. The firefighters were putting out the fire from the now destroyed laboratory. And we were all sent back home where we can recover from today's event. While we were all at Aqua's house resting, I started thinking that maybe being grown up wouldn't be so bad after all.

I looked down at my girlfriend who was sleeping after she saved us. I rubbed her cheek.

"Mmm..." she hummed.

"Thank you for saving us babe. I'm so grate to have you as my girl." I whispered to her and pecked her lips. I got comfortable with her in my embrace as I fell asleep soundly with my one and only love.
