I stared blankly outside from the balcony.

Younghoon: Finished with the chores?

I turned my head, nodded and faced back again. He stepped out on the balcony and joined me near the railing.

Younghoon: You don't need to worry about Juyeon now.

Y/n: I'm not worried about him.

Younghoon: Not worried about him that way. Worried about him in a scared way. Aren't you worried he'd pull that off with you again?

I sighed.

Y/n: Maybe, maybe not. All I want is the time to go faster so that I can go back.

I rested my chin on the railing. He continued to gaze at me.

Younghoon: Can I do anything to make you feel better?

Y/n: No.

Younghoon: There will be at least one thing.

Y/n: Can you bring me back to the human world?

Younghoon: Besides that.

Y/n: Then there's nothing.

Younghoon: Don't you want to eat anything? There are amazing foods you haven't tried here in Naria. Don't you wanna try those out? Hey, don't you want to take a scroll outside with me?

I looked at him.

Y/n: Someone will try to take me away. Plus the others-

Younghoon: I'm gonna be there. Everything will be alright. You didn't refuse so I suppose it's a yes.

Y/n: Wait-

Younghoon: I'll go get ready. You should too. See you in several minutes.

He dashed away, leaving me confused.

Younghoon: I told Chanhee, everything will be alright.

He was about to open the door when someone opened it from the other side.

Kevin: I know, right? He's probably after something.

Changmin: Probably.

They walked past us. Younghoon and I looked at each other confusingly and laughed.

Younghoon: After you.

I felt relieved after walking past the gate.

Y/n: Feels like freedom.

Younghoon: What?

He chuckled.

Y/n: Don't be offended though.

I smiled sheepishly.
