i go back to school next week.

Haknyeon nervously chuckled, “Are you feeling alright, Eric?”

“If having the urge to hurt everyone all the time for blood is counted as feeling alright then I am perfectly fine,” Eric nodded.

Jacob blinked in confusion before turning to Haknyeon, who was already looking at him anxiously.

“We...have a problem,” Kevin informed as he barged inside Sangyeon's study.

Sangyeon looked up at him, bewildered, “What's wrong?”

Kevin pointed at a direction, “Eric says he's in love with Sinae and he just almost killed Haknyeon.”

Sangyeon immediately stood up and walked towards Kevin, “Is he okay?”

“Yeah, Jacob was there to immobilise Eric before he could do any harm, luckily.”

He nodded before leaving for Eric's room and Kevin followed suit. Juyeon stepped out from a room and joined the other two as they walked into the crowded room.

“How bad was it?” Chanhee asked.

“Very bad, from what I could see. I cannot imagine what he's going through, it is definitely much worse,” Jacob spoke.

“We have to do something or else we'll end up losing him, and we all know that this is the worst way possible to lose a friend,” Younghoon stated with tears brimming up his eyes.

Jaehyun sighed, “There's nothing much we can do. We were already told that only real blood can calm him down but none of us is stepping up to even give him a drop of it.”

Changmin nonchalantly walked in later than anyone else on purpose, “I'm pretty sure you all know that he's in love with Sinae. Instead of giving him our blood that will only calm him down for a few days, why don't we just give him the blood of the girl he loves? Won't it be more effective?”

Sunwoo glared at the latter, “You don't know if he really feels that way towards her.”

Changmin turned at him, unbothered, “Yet he still attacked Haknyeon when they keep on telling him that he can't see Sinae. Isn't it obvious enough that he's lovesick?”

“This isn't you, Changmin,” Haknyeon spoke, wincing while Sunwoo suppressed his anger.

“I'm just stating facts here. A vampire falls in love, the desire to drink the other being's blood rises and makes them violent.”

Sunwoo gritted his teeth, “You know nothing! I am the one in love! Am I violent like Eric? I don't fucking think so.”

Sangyeon held onto the latter's shoulder, “Calm down, Sunwoo. Let's talk about this somewhere else before we wake him up.”

Everyone was silent as Sunwoo shot a last glare at Changmin, “You're fucking dead if you lay even a finger on Sinae.”

“We'll see who dies first.”
