The Sacrifice

Crying Wolf - 3

Bonnie dips her hands in the water and places them on either side of Luka's head. She shuts her eyes and performs a non-verbal spell which is shown to be working by the flames of the candles flaring up intensely and Luka begins to breathe heavily.

"How long is this gonna take?" Caroline asks.

"I don't know. He's fighting me."

Luka is moving his head around, fighting the spell. Bonnie's hands are still placed on either side of his head.

"Please stop. Please." Luka begs.

Bonnie closes her eyes and Luka soon follows suit, successfully having been put into a trance.

"There. All right. Why are you working with Elijah?" Bonnie asks him with closed eyes.

"Klaus. We both want him dead." Luka responds with heavy breathing and closed eyes.

Bonnie glances up at us before closing her eyes and focusing on Luka again "You want to kill Klaus, too. Why?"

"Because he has her and we have to get her away from him." Luka responds.

"Who...who are you talking about?"

"My sister."

"His sister?" Jeremy questions in surprise.

"Why does he have her?"

"He's searching for a way to undo the curse without the doppelgänger. He's forced generations of witches to help him for centuries." Luka explains.

"What has Elijah promised you?"

"If we help Elijah kill Klaus, he's promised to return her to us."

"And how do you kill Klaus? How do you kill an Original vampire?"

Luka starts to fight the spell again, his eyes opened as he begged for Bonnie to stop.

"He'll kill me if I tell you. Don't make me."

"It's okay, Bonnie. We can find another way." Jeremy says to her.

"No" Bonnie says sternly as she puts Luka back in the trance.

"How will you kill Klaus?"

"After the sacrifice, Klaus will be vulnerable, weak. It's our only chance."

My eyes widened in shock "After the sacrifice?" I question, my voice weary as I meet Jeremys eye.

"What do you mean, after?" Bonnie questions.

"Klaus will be vulnerable."

"But Elena will be dead."

"Yes. Elena has to die." Luka confirms.

Bonnie looks up at Jeremy with tears in her eyes.

Jeremy shakes his head and whispers as he taken in what Luka said.

"No."

Caroline and I dropped Luka off at the grill, I stayed at the grill to help Matt clean up and close, when Luka woke up he was confused by the time he lost and left the grill rather angry.

I watch from the bar as Tyler and Matt talked, when they finished he walked over to me.

"Tyler" I say in surprise when I see him with a duffel bag.

"Where are you going?"

"I'm leaving town with Jules"

"What?"

"I just came to say goodbye, I'm sorry for everything, for what Mason did to you. Just- Thank you, for helping with the full moon."

I sighed as I felt tears spring in my ears "Your welcome" I threw my arms around him as I embraced him.

"Just call me, every full moon. And- send lots of pictures if your going to Florida"

He smile and nodded into the hug "Could you-could you tell Caroline I'm sorry"

I parted from him and shook my head "No. You want to apologize to her tell her yourself"

He smiled a little and nodded "Goodbye Ariel"

"Goodbye Tyler"

I just want to say that the actress I picked, Alona Tal and Michael Trevino where actually on the same show in 2007. They played a couple who got married at the end of the season. What irritates me is that Paul was also in the show but I can't find the any damn pictures of them. Dammit.
