The Sacrifice

A/N!! and my reaction to the musical!

Woah! Okay, I'm just gonna assume everyone just watched Legacies "Salvatore: The Musical!" but if you haven't, might wanna skip to the very end of this because I do have news to share that is related to the book.

*this has been all over YouTube before the show actually started at 9 so I'm safe*

Was I the only one thinking when Kaleb said "Guess what I'll do next" that line from season 1, night of the comet episode 2 on the rooftop when Damon goes "That's for me to know and for you to dot, dot, dot" because I was totally thinking that and by the way Chris's voice is amazing! Damn boy!

And Josie looks so much like Elena there, and Jed actually gives me Stefan vibes, probably cause of the jacket he's wearing, I honestly don't know.

I honestly think that Damon was a bit overrated here, don't get me wrong I love Damon, but it kind of hurt that everyone was auditioning for Damon and not Stefan, the school was literally named "The Salvatore boarding school" for a reason and hello! There library is named "The Stefan Salvatore memorial library"

I honestly didn't realize that mystic falls had all of those events till this episode, because wow that is a lot.

I also love how everyone had a comment on the show, "I just feel like shes being selfish", "There's travelers and sirens, and Bonnies gone for a long period of time"

It was honestly very funny, especially the Doppelgänger scene and Jo's face.

Watching the sneak peak about Hope and Landon with the flyer and about her family at first made me a bit mad at him, considering everything Hopes family has been through which is stuff they don't know.

SPOILER-

And I especially didn't like the witches gossiping about Hopes dad at the beginning because first off "Rude!" and second off, it's not like Klaus chose the life, if it was forced upon them they would act the same way.

Now, when Landon wrote the song, I get why Hope was upset because he used the letter her dad wrote for her and was using it for his play. I liked the song when Hope did sing it (Danielle was amazing) but maybe Landon should have asked first.

I did like that Hope had a change of heart and decided to be in the play, and that she and Landon got back together (I'm happy for her, but I really can't decide who I ship her with, I like her with Josie, I like her with Rafael, and I kind of (don't come after me for this) like her with Landon, so I'm at a crossroads)

*snickers* "Crossroads, get it, cause there's 3 ships" *silence* "really? Okay, I guess it's more funny when you're a Supernatural fan."

But, speaking of Josie. (MAJOR SPOILER UP AHEAD, READ AT YOUR OWN RISK)

We got to see Jade! Now Dr. Good fellow was not nice by breaking Josies arm, but it was part of his plan, get Josie out, Hope steps in, sings, Landon and her make up, yada yada yada.

But I wonder if he planed Jade and Jo to happen because they kissed! My heart just went through the roof, I really hope that Jade stays!

ANOTHER SPOILER -

Now, let's talk Alaric. Thank you writers, for getting Ric to risk it and go chase love! Seriously, the guy deserves it. I mean look at his pasts relationships

1. Isobel Flemming (made Damon turn her, left Alaric, and well died)

2. Jenna Sommers (they were good, I really liked them together, but then well you know, Klaus, Blood, sacrifice, curse, stake, Dead....yeah)

3. Meredith Fell (I liked them, but well, Alaric became an Original, and died when Elena died, so by the time he came back to life in season 6, she was in Alaska, I believe? Engaged to someone. So she left, at least she's not dead)

4. Josette Laughlin (They were amazing, I was so happy he found love again and was going to be a dad! But then we'll you know, Kai, knife, wedding, blood, death....yeah *sighs heavily*)

5. Caroline Forbes-Salvatore (kind of, sort of. Ric, did fall for her, you know, raising the twins and all, she cared for him but didn't really love him, so they weren't really a relationship)

So I just hope the writers don't decide to kill Sheriff Mac.

Okay, I talked Kaleb, Jed, Hope, Landon, Josie and Ric.

So let's talk Lizzie Saltzman.

First off, I loved the outfit. She looked exactly like Caroline. And damn, Jenny can sing!

I loved her voice, and the song she sang reminds me of Caroline in season 1 where she goes to Bonnie and says

"I'm inappropriate. I always say the wrong thing. And...Elena always says the right thing. She doesn't even try! And he just picks her. And she's always the one that everyone picks, for everything. And I try so hard, and...I'm never the one."

it very much reminded me of Caroline. And speaking of Caroline, we actually heard Carolines voice!

Thank you! Candice for doing this! It just made the episode a whole lot better.

I love the note that Caroline wrote for Lizzie, I honestly think that she really needed to hear that and I love that Lizzie wants to change, and I'm glad for her, Lizzie deserves some happiness in her life, especially with what they've been through.

Uh, okay I talked about pretty much everyone here so let's talk about the book for a second.

TO THOSE WHO HAVEN'T WATCHED THE EPISODE, HERE IS THE BOOK INFORMATION!!

Okay, so. There are only four more episodes missing here, which I already finished them all on like Monday or Tuesday. I've just been holding up for Friday. All of the episodes will come out tomorrow so don't be surprised when you get like, 14 notifications saying I've updated.

Now that Season 2 will be finished, I'm going to be fixing the draft for season 3. I've got most of it planned out, just needs a few tweaks, a few more scenes and a few changes here and there because *giggles* I'm not saying.
