"What is she doing here?" Elena demands with crossed arms as she paces around the room. I drove over when Stefan called saying that Katherine was out of the tomb and just tried to impersonate Elena.
"When we killed Elijah, it broke the compulsion and freed the bitch from the tomb." Damon explained.
I looked at him with wide eyes "How's that possible?" I asked in shock.
"He's an Original. They have all sorts of special skills." Katherine explained stroking a feather.
"I don't want you here. Get her out of here." Elena exclaimed.
Katherine rolled her eyes "You need me, Elena. You all do."
Stefan scoffed "Like hell."
"We all want the same thing...Klaus dead. Yet here you all are, running around like chickens with their heads cut off."
Elena glared at her "I don't need your help and I don't want it."
"And that's incredibly stupid of you" Katherine retorted. "Do you know where Klaus is? When he's coming, what he looks like?"
I scowled at her "If you know something, say it or get the hell out."
She shrugged not caring at this point "Fine. Then I'll just go to the Grill and have some lunch...maybe Aunt Jenna's free for a bite." She tilted her head at me "Or maybe Matt?"
I scowled after her as she headed for the door. I acted quickly, grabbing a knife and throwing it at her back. She let out a gasped scream when it pierced her back. Elena, Stefan and Damon looked at me in shock. Well, Damon looked like he expected it.
"What?' I said, noticing their looks. "It's not like I killed her. Besides" I walked over to Katherine who struggled to remove the knife, I wrapped my hand around the handle and pulled it, rather forcefully. "It's not like she doesn't deserve more"
